Great American Pub — Restaurant in Narberth

This has been a crazy year in this industry . After 35 years in this industry I am shocked and thrilled to see a place like the Pub in Narberth consistently doing all they can for the customer . The dinners have gotten even better , the terrace is gorgeous and they are still doing entertainment .

As much as the Governor has tried to hurt this industry we won’t let him do this to this industry . Give us lemons we will a great lemon flavored meal or drink . This week the beautiful and talented Lisa Parks will be singing karaoke . She is the best of the best and with the holidays coming up get out and enjoy Lisa . Whatever bartender they had working on August 1, 2024 at 10pm was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. And with the ignorant attitude she gave she’s lucky I’m not one of them ones to wait outside until her shift is over. So I will respectfully leave this negative review even though she show the complete opposite of respect. Someone miserable like that, who can’t control their emotions or attitude is going to be a liability to that place. Good luck if you guys keep her. I’m sure she close to the owner acting like that. My sister did a to go order and for me to pick it up. got there and waited about 20 minutes. I kept asking what was going on or when it would be ready since it was past the pickup time. The young girl kept lying and saying 10 minutes, then lied and said she would ask… and walked the exact opposite way. I got asked by 3 other people and they were apologetic but equally confused until final the older woman with an attitude that ignored me the entire time decided to speak up admit she never actually put the order in and it would be Atleast about 30 minutes so I would have spent an hour waiting.
