I was working in the area this past week, and decided to try Frank's after work based on the reviews on Google

The reviews said this was the place to be, yet the experience I got was no where close to the reviews

I ordered the Fettucine Alfredo, with Pasta Fagioli soup, and it came with garlic bread

The soup was the only good thing I ate all night, I'd eat a bowl of that every night

The garlic bread looked like someone took store bought bread and passed it off as restaurant quality. I'd suggest not leaving this in a loaf, but already seperated by the time it gets to the table. The cut marks were shallow, and if you are going to cut bread, cut it all the way.

The pasta was the thing I looked forward to the most, but what I got was worse than store bought sauce on noodles.

The chicken was smothered in sauce. That should be the shining element of the dish. The chicken had no flavor, as if it was boiled like a hot dog. The sauce was way too thin, and if I had a little less of the sauce, but thicker and more flavorful, my thoughts on the dish would have been much better.

A side note: the lights in the restaurant kept dimming for a second every few minutes, as if you were 5 minutes from a Broadway show. I don't know if that's normal, but it was noticable.

Lastly, 2 hours before the restaurant closed, the place was empty, save me and another couple sitting nearby. I know there are a lot of options in the area, but if the ownership improves the food, I promise people will come. The decor in the restaurant is beautiful, and maybe I just got the wrong item...

Seriously, they allowed a new waitress, who didn't know the menu... didn't know a thing about Italian food... they allowed her to attempt to service tables all alone. We ordered 2 sausage stromboli, 2 plain slices (not too hot for my 5 year old), a grilled chicken salad and an order of garlic knots as an appetizer. After 45 minutes we received the salad and a bowl filled with 2 meatballs and a splash of sauce, which she said were the two stromboli. We gently explained that they were, in fact, meatballs and not stromboli, and she took them away. Ten minutes later, with two very hungry children getting progressively crankier, another waitress came over and took our order again. I, again, explained that I didn't want the slices to be too hot. When the remaining food arrived the slices were far too hot for a child to eat and the garlic knots were nowhere to be found. Finally, after all of the food arrived there was never another visit from any server until the bill was, unceremoniously, dropped on the table. When I paid the bill, I informed the manager of what happened and all he cared about was the $3 discrepancy on the final bill... not a single word about the service... not an apology... nothing. I will never take my family back to this establishment ever again. I'd suggest anyplace else if you want anything close to decent service... or concern for customer...

Called for delivery after receiving a menu from hotel desk clerk , called asked about specials or coupons on menu and was told they were not for delivery although it does not indicate that on menu. Ok no problem I place order I received 45 min later to large pizzas with all the cheese stick to top of lid and slid all to one corner. I called and the person was very rude and acted like I should just accept it that way. I was told they would send 2 pizzas out again when questioned how long I was told well we got to cook it and then drive it over and on and on . So I said will it be 45 min again and she was very snotty and said well we have to cook it. I said well I have little kids and already have waited now an hour maybe I should just deal with this way it is was she willing to take something off the pizza I could Send her photos of the mess . She said Oh no we have to have all the pizza back and accused me of just wanting a discount . I said maybe they should come get the pizza and we will order from somewhere else without the attitude or mess and she was well We can’t give you your money back because u paid by charge and you just want a discount. So spare if you ask about the coupons on the paper menus you just want a discount . This place is disgusting, rude and provide false advertising.. I would not recommend them under any...

Rude waitress... The waitress disappeared after I paid my order with a credit card... I was waiting for my daughter to finish shopping at a local store...and decided to have another beer... I flagged down a different waitress for the extra beer...paid cash this time...while also leaving an additional tip... When my original waitress finally reappeared...she saw I has a fresh beer...and complained the extra tip I left...didn't cover the cost of the extra beer...not realizing...I had paid for the beer in cash...and that was an extra tip... I always tip properly...in fact, Capitol One recently sent me a message asking me to verify a 35 percent tip I left at Frank's... I was there to relax while my daughter was shopping...not to be ridiculed by a waitress I had tipped properly ($7 on a $26 order...additional $1.25 on a $3.75 beer) I will choose elsewhere in the future...

What a great place! I wish they made a cologne with the aromas, man it smells good in here! We were seated immediately, drink order was quick. Did I mention there's bar service, nice! Pretty busy on a Friday evening, that's a good sign. Ordered Frank's Special with linguine and Clams & Calamari over spaghetti. Hot, fresh garlic bread came out with the salads. The house balsamic is excellent! Then the entrees, WOW! I've eaten at many a strip mall Italian restaurant but this was top shelf! I rarely put an entire meal away but I couldn't stop! I can't remember a better meal. Oh, got two cannoli to go, too. I'll get to those later. You won't regret coming here, kid friendly, too.
