I generally do not have any complaints for this location. But today I made the mistake of choosing curbside pickup instead of going through the drive-thru. I parked in the pick up space, checked in with my parking space number and waited 15 minutes before calling into the restaurant asking for my order status. After letting it ring for an incredible amount of time, the person on the other end told me that the order didn't exist and never made it to their system and after giving them my receipt info several times, I was finally told to come into the restaurant to figure it out. I explained to the person at the counter that there was a mess up with my curbside order and she just disappeared. While waiting for the supervisor to finish bagging some food, I noticed two bags with curbside, the parking space number, and my name on them. Once greeted by the supervisor I pointed to my bags and said that I have been waiting 20 minutes for my curbside order that I was told didn't exist. She gave me my food and walked away not apologizing at all and telling me that they are busy. I dropped an f bomb which I am now sorry for doing asking why everyone else's food was more important than mine? I checked the order for completeness and the fries were warm enough to not have to continue with this debacle. I called in earlier about a five dollar McChicken meal that was messed up, and after discussing, we decided to go back to exchange it. When my party arrived, I noticed that the manager wasn’t on duty at the time. Instead, there was a woman speaking Spanish on the phone, who was acting as if she were the manager.
What stood out to me was that she was speaking in a very rude and disrespectful manner, not directly to me, but to someone else over the phone in Spanish. The way she was talking was unprofessional and I found it very inappropriate, especially considering we were there to resolve an issue. I do not appreciate being spoken to in that tone or manner, and I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by her attitude.
Honestly, I believe that behavior should not be tolerated, and I strongly feel this person should be disciplined or let go. Respectfulness and professionalism are very important, and I didn’t see that in her at this moment.

When I was charged $1.00 extra for lettuce and tomato on an Angus Deluxe, but DIDN'T RECEIVE the lettuce and tomato, I complained. The owner of this McDonald's, Kim Nelson, claims that she "made several attempts to speak with you personally, but I was not successful in reaching you." Really? I gave you my home phone, cell phone, email and home address. I have voice mail and caller ID and no record of your "several attempts." She writes in answer to my complaint, "I'm sorry you feel we have let you down" and "If I may make a suggestion, you may find it easier to order an Angus Deluxe sandwich without mustard and onions and add bacon. This way you will get lettuce tomato and mayonaise [sic] and only pay for bacon." HUH?
