I ordered once before. the cheesesteak pizza with mushrooms and onions and the barbeque wings. It was pretty good Im new to the area it wasn't as good as the city but it was ok. I ordered tonight the same thing didn't want to rock the boat. The wings were near burnt and because they had been over cooked tasted a bit like cardboard with sauce. That was the best part of this disaster. Ahhh the pizza.First the genius Kid working the phone and register.. put me on hold (not really cause I could still hear her) to confirm she was charging me enough for my extra toppings! Ok ordered cheesesteak Pizza with mushrooms and onions and ex cheese. The First pizza crust was borderline burnt and rubbery had steak however no mushrooms, onions or ex cheese (after confirming I was being charged... correctly for the toppings my pizza didn't have). Second pizza.... crust was still borderline burnt and rubbery had raw... onions (really) mushrooms and ex cheese but no... steak.. Its not Rocket Science... Are you kidding me my total was $30.12 which is not a problem at all however just for for overcooked wings. RIDICULOUS !!!! Save Your Money and Your Time!!!! I should have just driven to Rocco's on Sandy Hill Rd. Much better food .. options ......

I just ordered a cheesesteak for my wife and they made it incorrectly and would not fix the problem. My wife already ate dinner and she was going to eat it for lunch the next day with our child home both don’t like onions. The person taking our order and my coworkers order was very incompetent. I asked for fried onions on my cheesesteak. When my wife spoke with the store they hung up on her multiple times because they said she can’t get a new cheesesteak because she didn’t call the same day I ordered it. Was literally the next day. The owner said he does not care about reviews and said we should patron somewhere else after going here for five years. This is the second time in five years that the store had zero customer service when we had an issue. The owner told my wife that he did not hear me say no onions. Well that is correct sir because your onions don’t come standard on the cheesesteak so I asked for onions and I asked for nothing but a cheesesteak for her. Everyone could find a better pizza place to go to and the cheesesteaks at the Valley Forge Tavern are just as good. He’s patron somewhere that respects it’s customers and does not accuse them of trying to...

We love alfamatotos Cheesesteak pizza. Discovered it this past summer. We live a few blocks away. But. For some reason our recent Friday night order was so very different than ever. We didn’t enjoy it. We just figured out why. It had cheez whiz on it. Disgusting. We have never ordered it that way. We Just call and ask for a cheesesteak pizza. It gets delivered. We love it. This was terrible in our opinion. Not sure if it was a mistake or what but we will definitely make sure any future orders do not have that whiz on it. Ughhh.

Update: As per the owner response. Totally made a one time order mistake right. All good. Friendly staff and Great food. Thank you. We will keep comin back!

Back again!! Actually many times. Still the best. Especially the burgers. But I think … I know. They changed their buns. Go back to the buns you always used. Not these backyard bbq buns. Trust me. Big...
