Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

This is for the Williamsport, PA location. I decided to write a review after yesterday's experience. I used a coupon code from their app for a 3-piece tender meal. The girl taking my order was rude and kept trying to aggressively upsell me. When she asked me what sauces I wanted, I said ranch and BBQ. And she charged me for one of them. Nowhere on their menus does it say they charge for sauce, and she never said anything either. I only found out when I looked at the receipt. I think the cutthroat policies comes from the general manager who has a serious attitude each time I've encountered her, as well as that aggressive upselling pressure.

The same rude cashier was the one who put my order together. She gave me three pieces of chicken that were tiny (2-3"), and almost nothing but breading. The chicken was tough and lukewarm. The fries were cold. I asked her if it was normal to select every piece of chicken so small when making a basket like that, and she rolled her eyes and waved toward the GM while mumbling something about "talk to her" while turning her back to ignore me. The GM was taking orders from a line of people and obviously had no intention of taking a moment to address my concerns as I stood there, so I went to a table, ate what they gave me, and decided to take the time to write...

Was not a fan of this place I was dying to try it but unfortunately my visit didn’t go as smoothly as I though my family of 7 went in to get takeout for a snack after lunch and it took them about 25 minutes to prepare my food which wasn’t bad but only order 4 things large rice and red beans large mashed potatoes 12 piece chicken only and ghost pepper wings the 12 piece chicken we got and it tasted like it was sitting there for a bit of time but that’s ok the ghost pepper wings are good there were a bit small compared to the 12 piece we didn’t get our rice and beans and our mashed potatoes we drove all the way home and a little bit later we noticed that half of our meal was missing were not mad or anything but it was not a good first time experience I’ll rate the food 8/10 but the service was not horrible but not good we walked in the people there didn’t say a word to us not even a hello or anything never said bye to us when we left she just handed our order to us and left us we drove 45 minutes to this place and didn’t get everything nor did we have a great experience I would go back but I also feel like putting a time of 2 weeks limit for me to go back to get ky missing food is not ok will...

I have been here twice and both times my order was way wrong. Especially the second time.

The staff is very nice and friendly but they care more about goofing around then double checking to make sure orders are right. I say this because both times I was there, when I got to the window, they were just dancing around and laughing. I have no problem with people having fun when they work, infact I think you should but when that causes issues with the quality of your work, you should dial it back some and pay better attention to the details that help you get the job right. I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining but they are a new establishment so I know not everything is going to be perfect as they are still working on a flow of things.

I ordered 2 5pc classic chicken strip combos, a 3pc spicy chicken strip combo, all 3 with fries and with strawberry lemonade, and ranch dip.

What I actually was given was a 3pc chicken strip classic, a 4pc chicken strip classic, a 3pc spicy chicken leg, wing, and thigh. 2 regular lemonades, an unsweetened iced tea, and no ranch dip.
