Had by far the worst experience at Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Stores on Milwaukee in Lubbock tx. Went in with a few friends and my wife. When we first went to sit down the tables and chairs were all dirty. No big deal. We cleaned one ourself and sat down. While waiting for our food we watched multiple people approach the counter stating that their order was not correct and watched as the lady at the counter responded extremely unprofessionally towards them. When our number was called I went up to get our food and we was missing the fries. Again no big deal I went back up there and asked them for our order of fries. The lady then rolled her eyes, turned around and grabbed two fries, and handed onto us again, decided to leave it alone, went and sit down to enjoy our meal. About that time of bus, boy came out to start cleaning the dining room and doing so he was spraying tables that had food and people sitting at them to try to clean them. And the chemical we getting on Peoples food My Wife then noticed that there was a woman standing at the counter, complaining about the busboy and the cleanliness of the dining room. They were fairly loud so we could hear what was being said. the woman was addressing the issue of the chemical from the bottle getting on her families food, the woman working stated that she was not his mother and it was not her problem. As she returned to sit with her family the busboy threw food over their table to try to make a basketball goal into the trashcan on the other side. At that point the husband of that family went back up to talk with that lady working there and asked for a manager. She denied that she was the manager and stated that the Bestbuy was a 14-year-old boy and he didn’t know any better she was not his mother and that it was not her place to address it. She started getting very rude with the man. He even asked her if the manager was there, and she stated that there was no manager on duty so he asked her for the corporate number and she said we do not have one. he turned around to walk back to speak with his family and the entire staff started laughing and making fun of that family now I’m sorry, but that didn’t sit well with me he walked back up there and asked again for the corporate number, and she told him again that there was not a corporate number and she was extremely disrespectful to him. I walked up there while videotaping and told the lady that this was wrong. This was a place of business, and there was no reason for them to conduct themselves in this manner, I was told that I could leave that they were going to call the cops and have me criminally trespassed. so….. I kindly told them to go ahead and call the cops. I wasn’t going anywhere. Oh and not to mention, there was 2 little kids sitting with there family watching there parents get treated this way. This is ridiculous.
This is a place of business. Customer Service at that. there is absolutely no reason for them to treat their customers this way, nor for them to blatantly allow a safety hazard to take affect and do nothing about it If this family ends up sick, Brahms is to blame.. this is completely uncalled for. I really enjoy Brahms and the food they have to serve but because of our experience today My Wife and I will no longer be a customer. This is ridiculous. Do...
Read moreI called first to check if call in orders were allowed. The lady who answered the phone had maximum attitude for no reason after I explained why I was asking and her response "it only takes about 5 minutes to get the food ready"...well off the top that tells me NOTHING is freshly made. No way you're cooking 4 burger patties, chicken tenders, three orders of fries in 5 minutes. I asked for everything I needed when I ordered and they forgot the BBQ sauce and the extra Braums sauce. Why "lady with an attitude" felt like she needed to tell me "the tenders don't come with BBQ but I'll get you some anyway" I don't know because it was on the receipt as being ordered EXTRA. It's not my fault that y'all missed it. Fast forward I get the food to my ladies waiting for their lunch and they opened their food just as I expected the patties looked dry, the cheese was barely melted, it was hanging there like wax, and the fries were stale, cold, and spilled in the bag. The chicken meal used to come with a pudding cup. It now comes with a cookie (maybe?) and that looked burned. The food matched the attitude of that employee on the phone-terrible. Did I mention my order number was 992 and they called out 993? I'm glad I walked over to the counter after getting their drinks otherwise the food would have been sitting. It was "lady with the attitude" and three to four other employees just standing there chatting away and waiting because I guess they needed to check me out. Misdirected focus if you ask me. It's not worth making a scene, but I'm surely going to check this food before I leave. She didn't even have the courtesy to hand me the BBQ sauce they missed she just threw it in the bag. If you're getting this riled up over a question and you guys were not even busy thats an issue. I dont find their food to be that good to tolerate the lack of customer service. The young lady who took my order was fine. She got everything right and repeated it back when asked no problems. Strawberry milkshake, that she made, looked like it was delicious. I'll ask my employees to pick a different place for their lunch rewards going forward. The standards just weren't met today and if something is a reward it should really knock it out...
Read moreThis Braum's location has the most horrible customer service I have ever experience. I usually get a fresh packed bag of ice about twice a week. Every time I go to this location I always have snobby attitudes from the teenagers that work behind counter. They are not kid-friendly at all. When I ask them if they can make me a fresh bag of ice, they point in an derogatory direction saying "why don't you go over there in market and get it yourself." Then, I told her that the shift manager told me that I can always get a fresh bag of ice made whenever I come in to ask for one. Then, she raises her voice at me and throwing her hands up in the air telling her coworkers to go get her shift manager. Like kid, who do you are talking to someone like that. Especially talking my mother like that in front of me when she is just recovering from a knee replacement surgery. Then, I caught looking me and my mother up and down in a dirty smirk look in the reflection of the mirror. I always get the bags of ice freshly made when I go there because my mom has to have ice that is broken up for her knee, not a bag of ice that has been put in the freezer and has a melt, clumped up ice block at the bottom of the bag from it thawing before it freezes back. These teenagers/kids think they have entitlement just because the work at Braum's. I will never patronize this Braum's location again. I will never go back there again because this is not the first time this has happened. This is like the 10th time and I've already talked to the shift manager and general manager about this and they are still treating me like this. ...
