I bought a very cute sweatshirt for my daughter, which was mostly white with a red sleeve and hood. When it was washed by itself with cold water everything white on the sweatshirt turned completely pink. The store allowed an exchange for a new one to see if it would do the same thing again with the promise that if it did we could return for a refund. It did turn pink again and when we took it back to return the manager was VERY rude and tried to refuse the return saying it wasn't her problem and they didn't make the sweatshirt it's not their fault. We asked that a supervisor be called who immediately told her to give us a refund. She continued to be rude as this happened. Bought a couple of items at this store today. The staff was super helpful and friendly. After we got home, my husband noticed we were charged more than the price tag for one of the items. So he returned to the store this afternoon with the item and the receipt. They told him the price had changed, but it just hadn’t been put on the merchandise yet. Sorry, no refund. I’m sorry, what?!? Fortunately I was able to contact the corporate office and they issued the refund within minutes. This tells me it is a store-specific issue, not a company policy...

The staff was amazing! Came in to shop and had my autistic cousin with us. The manager was so kind and said him and the staff would keep an eye out for him while we took a minute for ourselves to look around. Cashier took price tag off his hat to allow him to wear it out!
