Taco Casa — Restaurant in Lubbock

I have to say, I love Taco Casa its my number. One favorite place in the world. So today I was craving that, so we drove two hours from Amarillo to go pick up some lunch for us and our kids. The young lady, which was the cook was all alone, taken care of Our order the window and phone calls drive-through. It was crazy. But yet she was so calm. It took us 45 minutes to get her food which we didn’t care because we saw that she was all alone. We get home with our food and it was still amazing. Like always. We love Taco Casa and we love that young lady. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Please make sure she knows that we thank her so much for everything. She did. Her customer service was out of this world. We will always return no matter what.thank u to that young lady !! Keep it up girl u deserve a huge raise for sure !! I used to work at the Taco Casa in Brownwood TX, and it was hard work but I loved it because it was and always has been raw to fresh every morning, making amazing fresh food was awesome, and I will always recommend taco casa, but this location, at this date, the food was good but maaaaannnn it was dirty for no reason, I went around 1:30pm and they were dead yet the lobby was very dirty and when I went to the counter I was looked at but completely ignored for a while, not even "I'll be right with you sir" in any degree what so ever, just a visual acknowledgement and nothing else until they decided they were ready to "deal with me" but when I got my food it was good and the order was correct (which working here isn't hard to accomplish) but I love taco casa and this location looks very fancy and had alot of potential but I think they need...

I got to try a taco authentic from Dallas, Texas and I loved it. Don’t pinion any attention to my sister. She’s always lying about saying that the service is terrible. Well actually the service there was great actually because I went to a Taco Bell on 98th and slide in the Taco Bell employee was rude. However when you go to a real taco place we don’t do that Taco Bell type stuff here.
