Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Lubbock

I've waited a long time to do this review because I've been trying to get something sorted out with Church's Corporate Office to no avail. I ordered a 12 piece chicken box 3 1/2 weeks ago and only got 10 pieces of chicken. Y'all count them, they are in the photo. I paid $15 for what was supposed to be 12 pics of chicken! I didn't know this until I got home. I tried calling the location where I purchased the chicken but no one would ever answer the phone. So I called another location and asked to be transferred to the location on West 19th Street and was informed they couldn't do that. So I asked for the corporate number and was told that they didn't have a corporate number. I knew that was a lie because every type of restaurant has a corporate number! So I went to my search engine GOOGLE and what do you think I found there?! THAT'S RIGHT!!!! THE CHURCH'S CHICKEN CORPORATE NUMBER!!!!!! I told them what happened and also let them know I was not given a receipt for proof of purchase!!! I requested a full refund because I didn't get what I paid for. Well I wish this was the end of it but it is NOT. I've called the corporate office 5 times for someone to call me back and I have yet to hear from anyone. I've spoken to a supervisor and other representatives that assure me someone will give me a call and send me an email. So at this point, I'm highly highly upset and disappointed!!!!! 10/19/2017 If you like Church's chicken, that's great but I would recommend that you visit the one on 19th and Milwaukee or any other location except this one. I for one, am not a fan of the food but my boyfriend is and I decided to treat him to it tonight. Here's where it begins, I go to the drive thru around 8:15 and ordered the combo 2 and asked politely if I could get mashed potatoes with out gravy on the side. Immediatly after my request, the order taker complained that he would have to make them. It is perfectly ok if you don't want to make something that takes a long time, but he didn't even bother to tell me how long it would take nor did he seem to care. So I was sitting in the drive thru completely lost wondering if I should ask how long it would take or not to bother, then he finally asks what would I like instead. I decide to go with the French fries, and then he starts saying a bunch of jibberish stuff that I can't understand so I just responded with "Yeah that's fine". Eventually my boyfriend received his food and I receive a headache all from ordering in the freaking Church's on 50th and Avenue Q. This was the worst customer service I received in my entire life. To be honest im an employee there. But i havent always been.With that said I feel that I can give u an opinion from both point of views. I dont take light any reviews shared. Especially the not so good ones. It saddens me to hear that even this many could have had a bad experience at churchs. A place that i love to work at. I consider them an extension of my family. To anyone that is not familiar with fast food i encourage u to remember that alot of days we run shorthanded, or without a vital necessity to complete our job, not to mention alot of our days our topped off with a customer who feels the need to disrespect us. Since being there we have changed management and continue to look for new hires that will be eager to preform their job at 110%. I apologized to anyone who has felt mistreated.
