I ate at Jason's a few months ago, I ordered a salad and loved it. Decided to go back today. Bad decision! I ordered the salad bar and salmon. I'll break it down to each item:

Salad bar: For $8 you get a very small selection. The only meat to put on the salad bar is rough looking bacon bits. If you don't like soggy fatty looking bacon and you want meat on your salad you are out of luck at Jason's. Usually a salad bar well have ham or turkey or chicken, better go somewhere else for this. How would you like an Italian dressing on your salad? Better bring your own because Jason's only offers the creamy unhealthy type salad dressings. If you want to eat healthy Jason's salad bar is not for you!

The salmon: by far this is the worst salmon I've ever had. #worstsalmonever. The salmon was so surprisingly bad looking I took a picture of it. (Not sure how to add it to this review) The salmon looks as if it was pressed in some sort of meat press, had fake grill marks placed on it, a whole lot of added food coloring, frozen, and then microwaved right before serving. When I cut it open the food coloring was even more obvious. Taste was old fish and texture was shredded cardboard but what would you expect from cooked pressed frozen colored microwaved fish. Eat healthy, eat somewhere else

I only gave it 2 stars because last time was a good experience but the salmon and salad bar were so bad I can't imagine how a restaurant can serve it. Especially one that advertises...

Wow! I want to say I have never seen the respect given to each other like I saw at this Jason’s Deli! I am from out of town and I frequent Jason’s Deli around the state. The respect I witnessed was from the managers to the staff and vice-versa. They would ask each other for something and continually said “please” and “thank you”, which is a rarity in this day and time. All of the management and staff on duty, truly seemed to be “happy” with their job as well! Now days, you get the impression that it is “just a job” to them and it definitely shows in their attitudes towards each other, including while they interact with the customers. Because of the COVID 19 virus I had not been out to eat in nearly two months. I actually decided to dine in. They are doing a great job with keeping the social distancing (ordering and seating wise) a priority. In addition, they do not have their salad bar open and I was very hesitant to allow anyone else to make my salad, however I was completely happy with the job they did on making my salad and they were very generous in their serving size. Keep up the great camaraderie and team work! Thank you for making my visit most enjoyable! God bless each of you and may your great attitudes and positivity continue to spread to all the management, staff and...

Traveling for business, it was late and wanted something not heavy or bad for me for dinner, after I worked out. Walked in around 8:30 on a Monday night... Was never greeted and they looked at me like I had 3 heads on my shoulders.... When I finally approached the employees, it was still a challenge to get a smile or even a simple greeting out of them.

Ordered a Turkey Wrap.... If this is what Jason's Deli serves, I'll never eat at another Jason's Deli again!! Dry, stale tortilla, TONS of lettuce, that tasted like it still had dirt on it, mayonaisse or something white oozing out of the end of the tortilla, but strangely.... ALMOST NO TURKEY! I did find a sliver of turkey, about the size of half a dollar bill. That's it, all lettuce, white ooze and somewhere in there I thought, mind you thought, I tasted guacamole...

Also ordered some fresh fruit, the strawberries were rotten and inedible! I wish I could post photos so you could see what I'm referring to.

BAD!! Terrible!! This location needs attention...

Update 5.19.23 Yankee portion seems to now be consistent. Fresh and well prepared again. Update 4.14.23 Having ordered a yankee today the sandwich portion seems better. Good coverage of bread and good height. Fresh and well prepared. Only complaint is that the Stone ground mustard no longer seems to be a brown almost horseradish style and tastes much closer to a thick yellow mustard. But that's a bit of a picky thing. Overall better experience today. Ordered the new York Yankee. Just a few years prior it was a sandwich that was certainly worth 10$. But now it costs 14.39$. I can understand rising food costs, but they also reduced portion size of the meats. What was previously a 1/2 to 3/4 lb of meat is now much closer to 1/3 lb of meat on average. Both the 50% price increase and the portion reduction have made my favorite sandwich shop now less than average. Most menu items are generally worth it, but not this anymore.

Will not go again. Haven't been in about a year, but decided to give it another shot, I've been sad since they stopped making the French Onion Soup, but figured at least they still had the broccoli cheese potato. They don't. But changes happen. So I ordered the Beefeater and a one trip to the salad bar. It was $15 for the sandwich I included a picture of and a salad. Almost $9 of that was the sandwich. The Frito Pies my MIL and son ordered barely had any toppings, mostly just a bowl of fritos with a drizzle of chili. Sonic does a better job. Completely NOT worth my time or money. It's so sad what this place has come to. We used to really like it. .

Was shown 2 different to go containers for salad. Then told me both sizes in same container. I opted for lighter at that point. Before I inserted my card I verified lighter as the ticket was $12.11 and he said yes. I showed him the ticket that rang up 11.19. They adjusted the ticket but I feel like the salad was a significantly smaller portion. Chick filets cobb salad for $10 is a bigger portion. I have ordered this salad from here numerous times in group order.
