McDonald's — Restaurant in Lubbock

Everyone who works in this place is horrible. You can never get anybody to take your order when I order through the online app and pick it up in the parking spot. The old lady that brings out the food is super rude. She gets mad when you ask her for something that’s not on her tray I asked her for a syrup and she got mad at me saying that I didn’t order it in my app so she was gonna have to go back in and ask them if she could get a syrup so I said you know what just forget it. I ordered it on the app. You just didn’t bring it. I’ll go in myself so I went in and stood at the counter for five minutes while everybody just looked at me made our contact with people kept doing what they were doing and ignored me so I stood there and stood there and stood there, and then I watched the old lady come in Talk crap to bought me to the cooks, saying that I didn’t ask for extra syrup in the cook, yeah well she needs to ask for it in the app and I thought OK you know what this is stupid so I stood there and stood there and stood there and then I watched her grab the syrup and walk out to my car While I’m walking in. I literally walked in behind her and she held the door open for me. she didn’t even register that I was the one wanting the syrup so she comes back in and makes a big deal that I had to go get the syrup before I could bring it to you and I said you know what just forget it and I walked out. This place is ridiculous. The manager suck. Everyone...

This store forgot items of my order, I called to reason with the manager and possibly get those items from a closer location. I never asked or wanted a refund, just a 2 dollar McFlurry/Dippin sauces that I paid for. Today was my daughter birthday and I was on the way to take her to the airport for her 12 o'clock flight. So with time being a factor there wasn't any way we could travel back to the 19th and Frankford location tonight. I eat Mcdonald 4 to 5 times a week, but after tonight I will not ever eat at any Mcdonalds in Lubbock Tx ever again.

P.s I went to the location on 50th and Ave T, with my receipt from just a few mins before and the manager there QUICKLY stated to me, there was nothing at all she could help me with and that "you should just buy another one." All this over a 2 dollar ICE CREAM AND A FEW DIPPIN SAUCES, that meant the world to my baby girl tonight before she left me, ON HER BIRTHDAY. I have been in food management for 8 plus years and this was by far the worst customer service I have even seen, all over a less than 2.00...

Usually this McDonalds is decent.. sometimes they forget something in our order then get mad at us like it’s our fault. BUT, my girlfriend and I went about a week or so ago for lunch. That evening, she started feeling nauseous and then by that night she had diarrhea so bad I thought she was peeing but.. wrong hole. Anyway, then she was PROFUSELY vomiting for hours. Like, projectile horrible made MY tummy churn vomiting. We couldn’t figure out what it was, thought it was a bug but I didn’t get sick. Then we were talking to our friends today, they had McDonald’s that same day (we both live right by this location), and they had the SAME thing happen. Severe stomach cramps, liquid poop, and profuse projectile vomit. When we asked what our friends ate, they said they both had burgers, which is what my girlfriend had. I (LUCKILY I GUESS) had chicken nuggets… my guess is the cheese was bad. Needless to say, maybe check your burger and the cheese and meat before you dive in. I think McDonalds is...
