I worked the line for 2 years. Church's Chicken was my game. Gave it my all everyday I worked there. I eventually left, found a foothold in another career and I left fast food. Fried chicken is a staple for southern America, they're things that pair with it perfectly. Fries, Cole slaw, sweet tea, savory sauces, etc. One of the biggest pairings out there is some form of bread or biscuit. I made sure everyday I worked at church's that I gave a honey butter biscuit... it was my duty, my passion, my job. After leaving fast food I went vegetarian for about 2 years. Just recently I've converted back to eating chicken and fish... and today I got cane's for the first time in those 2 years. I ordered a 4 piece with a sweet tea, extra sauce. It was amazing, delicious food. The service was good, the line moved fast. This would have been a perfect experience, but some one.... someone forgot my bread... anyone who's ate cane's before knows that that bread is heavenly. I was looking forward to that bread.... forgetting the bread from cane's should be a crime, a sin against humanity. Should I go back and complain about a slice of bread? No, its not what I do. I don't wanna make those workers just give me a slice of bread, thats kinda extra... so here I am, spilling my heart out on Google reviews like some kind of middle aged person.... overall good experience doe,...

My friend and I came through the drive through here Saturday night and the staff was very unprofessional and rude to us. There was no line in the drive through so we pulled right up to the speaker and after a couple minutes of waiting for someone to take our order or even say a single word we asked (through the speaker) if they were open and we were met with an exceedingly impolite employee saying "excuse me" with a very disrespectful attitude. We apologized for us talking into the speaker before they had had a chance to take our order and continued to place our order whilst receiving attitude the entire time. Once we pulled up to the window we over heard employees speaking of us in an ill manor and laughing to the rest of the employees on shift and when we brought up the fact that we heard them talking about us to a manger her and the rest of the staff doubled down and were extremely rude to us. Their food and atmosphere is entirely too moderate for them to be treating their customers...

I loved the chicken because it wasn't ALL breading and it was TENDER!! The ONLY reason you didn't get 5 stars was the fact you're missing something on your menu!!! If all you serve is fried chicken and potatoes, especially in the southern U.S.,you MUST have CREAM GRAVY!! Those who have NEVER had it must try it!! That's even something you can walk around and eat! PLEASE add cream gravy to the menu. I would also request you make it from scratch and I would give you a secret to great gravy but I don't share it with everyone but I would definitely share it with y'all just to go with my chicken and fries!! LOL. I'm from out of state so the next time I come to Lubbock it would be fantastic if y'all had GRAVY!!! Hopefully others will upvote this and y'all will see how many people love gravy!! And sorry I DIDN'T LIKE YOUR SAUCE, I had to find some ranch, it was too hot that day to make gravy. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON THE CHICKEN THOUGH!!!! I WILL BE...

This is the most prejudices, lazy, rude, unprofessional location in this city. As a citizen of the community, a business owner who serves the public I am very disappointed with the condescending attitude of the staff. If a customer request food cooked well and pays for anything extra they should receive just what is purchased. I would love to talk to the owner of this location to discuss front the house conduct, attitude, body language, and respect for all no matter their skin color , origin, or request. I would also love to see a copy of the company handbook to include policy and procedures. Utterly disgusted. After sending my food back respectfully for it not being well done and paying for extra fries…. This is what I was given. I assume it was there way of saying “I’ll fix you”. This is such a disrespect. After about a year of going here and having issues I finally decided to post here. $12 for this? Wow

I finally went into Raising Cane's for the first time. I went in knowing pretty much nothing other than it's popular and it's chicken. I was surprised at how the menu is basically "chicken strips, do you want them in a basket or on bread?" I ordered them in a basket. The chicken itself is of good quality and nicely fried, but it has almost no flavor. The sauce it came with on the side is forgettable, the fries are verging on bad, and there is a piece of Texas toast, which is nice. But overall everything is brown, and super carb loaded, and just bland. The price seemed high for what I got. I don't get the attraction to this place at all. Did I do it wrong? Do I need to give Raising Cane's another chance?

Visited this weekend in the drive thru. The line moved quickly despite being about 8 cars deep. I made the mistake of driving past the first window as my hometown location does everything at the second window, so make sure to stop. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I don’t live the styrofoam togo containers as the condensation builds up and the tenders and fries can get a bit watery, but the sooner you eat them, the fresher they are. I order an extra canes sauce because the one that comes with it is pretty small. Everyone was nice and the food was tasty, so overall just as expected!
