Had been searching for " the perfect" chair for a long time. Went in on Friday and visited with Todd. He showed me several choices that were the correct size for me and could choose my own fabrics. Went home to think about it. Came back on Saturday and told him I had thought about what I really wanted. Showed me one that was in stock at their warehouse. It was even the color I wanted. He ordered the ottoman for me and we have NO idea how long that will take to arrive. But I completely understand the supply chain issues. At least it is made in America! Lee was fantastic in helping my wife and I pick out a dining room table, chairs, and some barstools for our new home. My parents took me to W.D. Wilkins 33 years ago when they bought their first real dinning table (which still looks great, by the way), and the selection and service is still top shelf. I really like working with WD Wilkins! Todd is our salesman and he is always helpful. The store has been in Lubbock for a long time which means they know Lubbock well. Plus the warehouse is local! The building is old so when you walk in you already get a sense that the business doesn't have a lot of overhead. The savings is passed on to you!!
