Today is April 30, 2021 & I have NEVER eaten at this restaurant before. I am an older disabled person, although I am disabled I can still understand & communicate really well. Today I called this restaurant, at approx 5:15pm & a guy answered by the name of Oscar. When he answered, I asked him if they did delivery & he told me that they did. I explained to him that I am disabled & I have NEVER ordered from them before & I told him that I would need his help to place an order. His response & reply was that he refused to help me. As soon as he found out that I'd need help he started being rude speaking to me badly & when I told him that I am disabled he straight out told me that he would not help me at all & he told me to go to another restaurant because he is refusing to help me at all. He treated me like this even tho I very respectfully requested his help & was not rude to him. He spoke to me in a very rude way from the moment I asked for help from him & as soon as I told him that I was disabled he started yelling into the phone, at me. So I hung up on him & immediately left this review. This is terrible service & I'll never taste their food because behavior like this makes me gladly want to find another place to pay, to service me. He was rude, uncaring & mean & truly bad person & since they act like this it makes me wonder what actually is in their food any way...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe register lady was very friendly answered any questions we had about the entrees. The speed of service was excellent we only waited about 10 minutes. The portions were good, it would be nice if all the entrees included rice or soup because it's a separate charge for each like an a la carte. I had pepper chicken the downside was it was mostly broccoli and not much chicken but the flavor was really good! Husband had chicken lo mein I thought it had to much of a sweetness to it, I like a lo mein with the flavor of sesame oil tossed in the wok with the noodles. The fried rice didn't have any veggies or egg in it like most fried rice does at other restaurants. The dining area is small could use some revamping maybe add some Chinese Tai decor it's more like a carryout style I must say it was clean and the food smell was delicious! Overall it was good and I'd eat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered the dinner special here (General Tso's with fried rice, stir fried vegetables, and spring roll) for delivery. Was informed that the minimum order was 15 bucks, so I also ordered a wonton soup and some steamed dumplings. Food was delivered very quickly. Portions were small, the General Tso's itself was so-so. The dumplings were great, but they come frozen in a bag so they're about the same no matter where you go. The wonton soup was terrible. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting for days. The wontons were so old that when I tried to pick one up with my spoon they'd just disintegrate and cloud up the soup. They also put soy sauce (and way too much of it) in the soup when you order it instead of letting you put how much you want in yourself. Will not be ordering from here again. Hong Kong and even Lin's blow this place out...
