Mexico Express — Restaurant in Lufkin

I have been going to the restaurant for breakfast every morning getting the same order and the last time I went my order was messed up so I went back through the drive through to get it fixed the lady was very rude and mad and pretty much told me to deal with it. So I didn’t go for about a week but my baby wanted some breakfast so this morning I stopped ordered the same order and was told by the same rude lady that now I would have to pay extra she couldn’t give me what I ask for and was throwing her shoulders with an attitude. I ask her what changed I was ordering what I always order and she said she didn’t care with an attitude. I told her she had been so rude lately, so maybe I should just leave she said she didn’t care and shut the window. I called to speak to manager she said he wasn’t there I’m confused at what I did to this lady, she is mad at me cause they messed up my order! Customer service...

Their food is good here, but my experience was ruined by the waiter. He made my husband and I feel profiled as soon as he walked over to our table. He was rude and disrespectful when we would politely ask for something. He even ignored me at one point, so I had to raise my voice to get his attention to ask for a refill and when he came back with my drink he threw it on the table... I guess we have to be white in order to receive good customer service from this guy because he sure waited on his other tables differently from us. I came in one day and they didn't give me all my order which I discovered when I got home. I called back and they acted like it was no big deal that they neglected to give me my food and said they had tried to call me to let Me know which was a lie, I have caller id on my cellphone. Which never rang. I go the next day to get my food and they act like they are angry that I want my food that I paid for. They finally give me the food and it's my fault I should have checked it before I left but I get home and it's the wrong order!!! After she asked me what I ordered and I told her.
