Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lufkin

When I walked in to pick up my order, I felt like I was at a party. There was I’m assuming an off the clock employee, he was wearing a Taco Bell work shirt, just standing on the table. Literally standing on the table… Took about 8 mins for someone to even come to the counter, got my food they forgot my drink, I wasn’t too stressed about that, then went to my car to check if all the food was there….. And surprise, I was missing some food, waited another 10 mins, employees looking right at me… Then the MANAGER had to come around and help, because the kids working were just staring… He was great but why is he the one breaking sweat and everyone else just laughing it up, chilling. Bro the service here is always amazing but the food I swear I ordered a Chicken power bowl extra chicken add steak and extra avocado ranch . Tell me why now I know they barely give you any meat that’s why I always order extra but tell me why this time they gave me a leaf amount of lettuce a salt packet worth of black beans and still only 1 scoop of chicken ! I order the "grab and go" option through the app so when the app notifies me my food is ready I can just walk in and grab my food. Well it has never been ready not one time and this has happened about 8 times now. The app tells me my food is ready and that's because the employees bump my food off their screen to save their store order time and then they don't start making my food until I walk in.
