Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lufkin

I normally do not leave reviews but I HAVE to when it comes to this particular popeyes. First and foremost, whoever the lady is that worked the drive thru today was absolutely RUDE. She repeated my order to me correctly and still got it wrong, I went back and tried to explain what she did wrong and she closed the window in the middle of me speaking. It took the armor of GOD to hold me back from coming inside and going off, because not only did she repeat the order back to me, she claimed that someone else only charged me for certain items as if she was not the same person from 5minutes prior to me ordering. Every time I come to this particular popeyes, they are extremely rude and they get orders wrong. I work for Raceway and I do tend to have bigger orders because not all of our workers get lunch breaks. Unfortunately, this is not just a one time thing, it's HABITUAL!!!! If you have paying customers, I understand that fast food is not easy, BUT your attitude says a LOT about how you do your job, and in this case, I cannot help you dislike where you work, but if i am nice to you, you should be the same way towards me, and AT LEAST get my order correct and give FRESH food. Tighten up on your service! Ms. Kiona, Mr. Eddie, Lee and the Hispanic lady at front counter are the ONLY people who are nice all the time. The rest could most definitely use some training on bettering...

I am a sixty-two [62] year old man from Lufkin, Texas ... Lufkin is my home and that of several generations back to the little native American girl for whom the county honors by the founders referring to her as "a little Angel" ... I have experienced the blessings of the LORD by having been able to eat at Popeyes all over the globe ... [Yes ... there is a Popeyes in the heart of Oxford, England] ... Yet it was in my "hometown" of Lufkin, Texas that I received the single most rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude from a young lady of my own people [who very well may have unknowingly been related to me by blood] who displayed the nastiest personality directly to me that I have ever encountered in sixty-two [62] years of living on and traveling across our planet ... The [only] reason that I did not contact the owner and register my grievances is because she is of my People and because others in her family may be dependent upon her modest income ... "I" personally will NEVER spend my money in this establishment ... After all ... It's "TEXAS" ... There are simply too many other genuinely friendly environments [some in which I was the only person of Color] that serve absolute "magical"-to-...

While ordering through the drive through the girl taking the order got loud while ordering. Wouldn't tell total and yelled to just pull around. While at window she was talking about us ans the so called manager came over and asked us what the problem was. We were just explaining we were just trying to order when the girl wanted to yell at us through the speaker.The Manager only told us the girl is multitasking and never apologized for her behavior, just walked away and shut the window..Poor customer service. If you can't handle your job, find something else to do. After reading previous reviews, I can see nothing will be corrected with this establishment. Owners do not give a dang if employees can walk around with attitudes and give the wrong orders. I will NEVER spend my money at this Popeyes ever again.
