Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lumberton Township

I just ordered from this location tonight and the food was not only hot and fresh it was delicious! For the past few weeks I had stopped ordering out due to quality issues and delivery issues with DoorDash. Tonight I ordered with Domino's through their app and it was easy and quick. My delivery driver ACTUALLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS I WROTE TO GET TO MY DOOR and he was super respectful, most importantly my food was delivered in 6 minutes. No one ever points out the great places and this is one of them. DoorDash charges more, my last order from took over an hour to be delivered at this Domino's from order to delivery was less than that just really nice to receive everything you ask for and in the exact manner as they claim so many companies struggle with this but definitely not this Domino's location. EXCELLENT FOOD AND DELIVERY 5 STARS ALL DAY!!

P.S. The Garlic Bread Twists have a CARAMELIZED butter crust on top that is honestly amazing! Crispy soft...

Pizza was ok as usual. However, customer service and delivery is awful. We placed an order at 5:25pm to be delivered at 6:30pm and at 6:55pm no pizza delivered. I called to ask and the kid on the phone said they were busy and my order probably was on the counter and should go out soon. I told him I ordered on the computer for a 6:30pm delivery and he said that the times are not accurate and only approximate. I asked when I could expect the pizza and he said it should go out soon. I informed him I placed a planned order because of a time crunch and he said I could cancel the pizza. Not great customer service and I do not recommend Lumberton Domino's Pizza Store because of their inept phone service and employees. I had to leave the house at 7:15pm with the children supposed to eat the pizza and the pizza still was not delivered for a 6:30 pm time from a 5:35pm order! DO NOT USE...

Lived in the area for two years and always fast, most of the delivery drivers are chill as hell. But what made me write this review is this: I finally had enough points to get a free pizza, after the worst day imaginable I decided to use them.

Ordered and delivery driver dropped it off about 20 minutes later and to my dismay it was Hawaiian. I'm a vegetarian and obviously wasn't super thrilled with the idea of eating a fruit and meat based pizza. I checked my Domino's app and even though it was 100% not what I ordered the order history did show the Hawaiian.

I called the store and explained the situation to the employee who answered the phone and he was super cool about it and sent back out what I wanted. That guy didn't know how terribble of a day I was having, definitely didn't have to replace the pizza and did it anyway. Quality experience, good looks Domino's of Lumberton,...
