Terrible experience with Arby's in Lyman today. Waiting patiently in a very long drive thru line. It was 3pm so lots of folks stopping by after school. No problem. I ordered a kids meal roast beef, ff & drink. And an Arby's Super Roast Beef combo with ff & a medium drink. Total $11.10. When I finally got my food and left...I reached into the bag to snack on my fries while I was driving. They were not there. So I did a u-turn in the highway and went back thru the drive thru to retrieve my fries. Got them and drove away. Then I am driving toward home and reached for the Super RB sandwich. Opened it to take a bite and it is COATED in mayo. NO NO NO, a Super RB sandwich does not come with mayo, it comes with RED RANCH SAUCE. So I called the store. Explained who I was, already aggregated about having to go back, the male that answered the phone passed it off to another person, a female. I had to repeat myself to explain why I was calling. She told me that they ALWAYS PUT MAYO ON A SUPER ROAST BEEF. I disagreed with her. (I have been ordering and enjoying them for decades) I told her that I would just call corporate and explain to them what happened so that someone from corporate could notify the store to make sure that they are sticking to the corporate menu. In a snide manner, She told me to "have a nice day" and hung up on me. No apology, no offer to fix it. My grandson's meal also had loads of mayo on his kids meal roast beef, which is always served with no condiment on it. That is the way that they are served according to the corporate menu. I spoke with customer service about the incident. They apologized that the manager didn't apologize or offer to satisfy my complaint. The issue has been turned over to the appropriate department in an effort to clear up the problem with the folks working in the kitchen and how they are to make each item according to the menu. It is NOT rocket science, with clear order instructions and the REAL knowledge of how each item is served, the job is NOT that hard to do...and especially when it comes to making sure EACH ITEM THAT IS ORDERED gets...
Read moreI'm pretty easy to please (and rate 4 or 5 stars in most cases) when it comes to restaurants and food. I used to be a waiter when I was in college so I know pretty well how the food industry works, at least in that market. I visited this Arby's tonight to pickup dinner for my wife and myself. Nearly 30 minutes later I finally got my food and left. While I was there, the individual who appeared to be a manager, signified by different uniform than everyone else, spent the vast majority of the time making countless milkshakes, the lady at the drive up window seemed completely overwhelmed by how many customers' orders she had to organize, meanwhile 3 or 4 other individuals we're busy cleaning everything in sight. Meanwhile, the drive up line continued to pile up. The lady behind me finally gave up and just left. My food was correct, but it did take forever to get to me. I was offered no explanation for this, just an apology and a coupon for a free meal next time. I appreciate the offer but would have much rather found out what was taking so long and why no one else except the lady at the drive up window seemed the least bit concerned about the delay. I've been a customer of this Arby's location for over five years and I have never had a worse experience. I hope they can improve on the situation. I hate to sound harsh but I was shocked at the lack of customer concern shown by the staff during my half...

But they didn't! it took10 minutes of waiting in drive through. we had to repeat everything3 times, the ruined the flavor of our shakes so that had to be remade, they even wanted to charge us more so the shakes sat there and melted for10 more minutes while they had to realize they charged us too much. Then after all that time of holding people up, we looked at our food and those fries were not fresh bit a is they had sat there after 20 minutes or so. not fresh. Sliders were fine thankfully but that is the only good thing.
Overall, I am never trying this Arby's again! The slowest fast food women I've seen in years not to mention that they screwed up or orders! the only reason I even went to this one instead of a closer one was because my neighbor had been getting small shakes rather than Jr small shakes when he ordered off the $1 menu. That didn't happen when he took me out today. Most awful kind of service a person can get. They weren't mean, but that still doesn't cut ruining food and being slow as crazy. Arby's, i highly recommend you get new employees than what you had at April 29, 2017!
