I'm posting this bad review mostly to get a hold of a manager at the Timberlake Rd location. This morning (8/29) I was waiting in lane 1 for A little over 10 minutes and then the girl comes to my car who is taking the orders and asked me to switch to Lanes. 2. Who had had some cars already go through already so the lane was shorter. I go over to Lane two with no problem and I am now the 4th or fifth car in lane two, 5 minutes has now passed while waiting in lane too. Oh no one in lane two has received their drink since I've moved to Lane 2 and the car that was in front of me in Lane one is now at the window to receive their order. I left because I would have been next in line. Had my order been taken if I stayed in Lane one that was not okay. It honestly looked like only one girl was taking all the orders and taking out the drinks. While it looks like one guy was probably inside making the drinks and another guy looked like he was putting away the order, both lanes was packed. That was not the time to put away the order or something should have been better organized. I am looking forward to hearing...
Read moreThe drive thru for this 7brew coffee is an absolute nightmare. If I wanted to wait in a long drive thru line I would just go to biscuitville instead as they always have a long line but they at least have good food, and decent coffee. The ways to get into 7brew and out of 7brew onto the graves mill road entrance and the Timberlake road exit. Whoever designed this nightmare traffic pattern needs to be fired. The people waiting to go Into 7brew stop people turning right or left at the light on Timberlake because traffic gets so backed up because of the long ridiculous lines for 7brew for mediocre coffee at best. I don't recommend going here at all because of the long, long waits, mid food, and again the absolutely horrible traffic pattern and situation to enter and leave their business. Do not recommend at all, stay away and go to Joe Beans instead, much much better coffee and no issues with...
Read moreUnremarkable coffee that is remarkably hard to get to.
Traffic is mainly drive-thru, but is unfit for the volume of traffic going through it, meaning that you'll often have cars waiting for drinks in the exit lanes.
Traffic is tough, but going on-foot is arguably worse. First, the city has no sidewalks that lead to it safely. If you survive the trip there, then you have to cross through the drive-thru lanes to reach the main building, where there is no seating to even wait, and certainly not to enjoy a drink.
And all that is for coffee that doesn't taste like coffee. It's quite the feat that no matter the flavor listed, I always tastes the same. The only points I give it are for being nominally better than Starbucks and offering sugar-free options.
In summary, it's a slight improvement over the nearby Statbucks, but Joe Beans is...
