Crumbl — Restaurant in Lynchburg

Cookies are good, but I have ordered 2x on the app for pick up. First time they were confused about my order, it was strange that when I ordered it did not ask me what flavor I wanted, but ok glitch on the app, not their fault. 2nd time I ordered on the app, and I did arrive 10 minutes early. The server was rude. She ignored me 3x but filled 3 orders and never once asked me if I needed help or been helped. I finally had to say "excuse me" as she turned to walk away from me the 3rd time.(at this point I was the only one standing in the store) She came back and rolled her eyes and asked me what I needed. I told her, gave her my name. She went and filled the order and then said "for future reference, you need to check in on the app." this was said with attitude and very rude. I informed her that the app would not let me because I was early, and she did not have to be rude about. So FYI when you order on line, do not show up early, matter of fact, set your pick up time earlier then you anticipate arriving so when you are 5 or 10 minutes earlier than you expect, you can check...

Far too overpriced for cookies that are simply distasteful. Sure they may be large cookies but there is in fact a thing as too much. They would be great to be that large if it was a large amount of goodness, however, they are far too bland. They honestly have no flavor and we’re undercooked. Not to mention the nauseating smell when you walk in. Definitely not worth the hype and if i’m being completely honest, McDonalds cookies are far superior to even the simple chocolate chip cookie here. I’m so disappointed. We tried crumbl cookie for the first time in Greensboro NC and they were phenomenal. We were in Lynchburg so we decided to get another box of them thinking since it was crumbl it would be good. Well, boy we’re we wrong. These cookies are absolutely disgusting. They are all raw, the pink sugar cookie frosting was so hard and dried out and had such a weird flavor. The cookie dough cookie frosting tasted like plain salted butter and wasn’t sweet at all.
