This place has the most racist people working the front end of the restaurant and thatās including the manger. The customer service was awful. We were not greeted from no one, we were only asked āwhat can I get you?ā. The two young adults were rude and disrespectful to me and my family member. We had an issue with one of the products and the cashier told my family member to deal with it and sent her back to her table with the same product. I tried to speak with the uneducated manger and she was rude as well. The only person who had some kind of the respect for the customers was the tall brunette manager. I spent $47 on my meal to get disrespected about a product that did not reach my liking. This establishment should throw away the entire front end workers and hire respectable employee. Never again will I visit this placeā¦. So, I couldnāt even eat the food, Therefore I canāt leave a review on the food. I did ask to get a full refund on everything. The manager did get an attitude when I asked for a refund, but it was granted. Do not visit this place unless you want to but treat poorly and to have the cashier making inappropriate faces at you, while they are taking order from other customers. Then had the audacity to start crying when āSHEā got caught...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGonna leave this here and start by saying how disappointed I am in McAlisterās Deli and their horrible customer service today. Two ICUs at LGH are isolated for COVID patients. The people working on these units cannot leave the locked down area the whole shift. At 9am our charge nurse called McAlisterās to see if they would take a large lunch order and that we would need it delivered. They said, no problem, just call back. So in between keeping multiple patients from dying (not exaggerating) charge nurses gathered 20 orders. When we called to place the order at noon, the manager told us that they could not take delivery orders over the phone and that their driver was out on a catering delivery. She suggested their website to order, which didnāt work AT ALL. When we called to report our inability to get the website to even do pick up orders, the manager (Heather) made it quite clear that our large order was a huge inconvenience for them during their lunch rush. Needless to say, we ended up with pizza and I will not be frequenting McAlisterās. Apparently the healthcare heroes from months ago are now an inconvenience. Sorry our saving lives didnāt fit into a convenient...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI travel for work and order McAlister's in multiple cities/states. They're always fantastic, this is the first time I've ever been disappointed. The McAlister's in Lynchburg dropped the ball on every note.
I ordered the Chose 2 - half king club/half nachos, with a side of cucumber/tomato salad. The nachos had a miniscule sprinkle of unmelted, store-bought shredded cheese that had to be looked for to be found. Other toppings were sparse and only on the top few chips, with the entirety of the chips going dry and unnoticed below. The veggies in the salad were not fresh, they mushed where they should have crunched and were drowning in dressing. Each bite had to be strained of rivers of dressing before consumption.
The club sandwich was easily the worst part. Same old, mushy veggies slapped together haphazardly between slices of bread, all ingredients tossed on one side, making a half-flat/half-bulging sandwich. No care whatsoever was taken in putting it together and the ingredients were far from fresh.
This was a disappointment, through and through. Will certainly return to all other McAlister's but never...
