I just realized they have a wide selection of specialty barista drinks, even though I've known about this place for years!! What an amazing surprise!!! I'm talking tumeric latte, rose cardamom beet latte, bone broth hot cocoa, and much more... I will be coming back here for sure!!! Not just to sample their entire drink menu, but also because those kinds of drinks are my favorite. Been thinking we didn't have enough of that kind of variety in Lynchburg, just boring old lattes, and bam!! - It was right infront of my face this entire time. Last time I was there, I got a Blushing Beet (aka their rose, cardamom, and beet latte - no actual coffee or espresso) and it was delicious!!! Looking forward to what kind of drink I will try next!
UPDATE: I tried their Keto Latte with vegan butter and coconut milk, and it tasted like a flavorful coconut latte, but less sweet and without all the sugar. If you are someone who likes coconut, a bold and flavored coffee taste, without the overbearing sweetness (or sugar), then this drink might be for you.
Thank you, Millie's!!! And please, keep up the excellent work! 😇❤️🙌

Read moreI found this place on the Happy Cow app and it was well worth the alternate route home to try it. Almost everything they have is vegetarian and a good portion of it is also vegan. The menu is also clearly labeled with GF options, but some of the unlabeled stuff you can ask about regarding substitutions instead.
We ended up getting the Spring Rolls and Avocado Bagel (which is wheat free but not certified gluten free) and I got the Liver Lovers best juice. All of it was really good, and no issues with the bagel....until 3 hours later. So even if this bagel is wheat free, I can vouch for the fact that it is NOT gluten free. Please note, this is my own error and not the restaurant's because I was told that they usually don't recommend it for those with Celiac. I'm an adult and I made a decision, so no blame to them at all.
Overall, this was a great find and I love that it's attached to a health food...
Read moreWaited at the counter for about 5-6 minutes before we were even helped. Ordered oatmeal, a bagel, and a tea. I hand the employee my cash, and she just walks away without acknowledging me, so I had to pay with a card - which I didn’t want to do because I had cash.
It took literally 30 minutes to get oatmeal, a bagel, and a tea. The bagel was pretty but not worth $7. The oatmeal was cold. The tea was over-steeped and tasted like flowers so I threw it out.
Oh! I also had to clean my own table with hand sanitizer because it was sticky. The 3 napkins I used were black after I got done cleaning it.
I like the HealthNut, but I definitely will not be spending $20 on food at...
