We were introduced to Brian and his team some time ago by IT specialists we worked with in Seattle and on Orcas Island and have had a wonderful experience with Brian and his team.

They have upgraded our network and all audio visual throughout our Bellingham home and separate guest quarters as well as installed an intercom system for our driveway and other exterior gates.

Brian met with us, listened to what we were hoping for and gave us all the options. We love classical music and every time we turn the system on it is a joy. He said we would be happier with better speakers and boy was he right!

It isn’t only a bullet proof network and great equipment we got with Lynden Tech—it’s customer service. It’s on a different level.

I might also mention that from day one I told Brian I was unhappy with the snarl of cables that greeted me every time I opened the AV equipment room door. They soon installed an equipment rack and (just like with the systems they installed) it’s now a pleasure to open that door!

I worked with Brian VandenHeuvel at Lynden Tech to design and install my home theater, and the experience was fantastic. He took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me build a setup that made sense for my room, my goals, and my budget. He walked me through every piece of equipment and explained how it would all fit together.

What stood out most was how easy Brian was to work with. He’s patient, down to earth, and really knows his stuff. If something didn’t make sense to me, he explained it in a way that actually clicked. He never rushed the process and was always focused on getting it right.

Lynden Tech sucks. They need to work on their people skills. I stood by the front desk for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and help me but no one did. The gentleman that was working just stood there talking to a couple of people and didn’t even acknowledge that I was even there then a gal that walked in behind me was waited on before me. The gal walked over to where he was standing so he asked her if he could help her.. Excuse me, what about me? Well he walked her over to some head phones and showed them to her, completely ignoring me the whole time and when she left , he just stood there with his back to me until I said “EXCUSE ME”.
