I recently went to Ashton Adair Bridal for my wedding dress shopping and I could not have been treated better. I booked the appointment for try on in April 2025, and they had me send my Pinterest board to them upon booking. They also sent an email and requested specific pictures of dresses that I liked. Fast forward to about 2-3 weeks before my appointment, they texted me and scheduled about a half hour phone conversation in regards to the appointment. We went over what I should expect, what I was looking for, what my wedding vibe was, where my venue was etc. They left no detail untouched. I expressed my concerns about being a plus size bride and my nervousness attached to that, and they assured me it was no issue, that were plenty of options, and we could even do custom if we needed or wanted to, which price wise wouldn’t be that far off from my budget to begin with. The day the appointment came, we were met with warm inviting faces. It was a private appooikntment so it was myself my mom and three others. The mom and daughter duo team who own the business as well as an assistant. Every one was equally as pleasant, and Carleigh, the one putting me into these dresses, DID THIS ALL 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. Truly remarkable. They had previously pulled gowns for me to try on, and already had them waiting in the dressing area. They had gowns that matched what I thought i liked, and gowns that I wasn’t sure of. Just so we knew for sure I was getting the right gown. I was delighted to fall in love with a dres, that had me bawling my eyes out as soon as i got into it. And they made that moment so special. They offered a matching veil to complete the bridal look, and even had a cute celebratory toast and confetti pop waiting for me for saying yes to the dress. Writing as a bridesmaid that accompanied my friend (the bride) yesterday! From the moment you walk in to the store, you are met with beautiful racks of wedding dresses with every design imaginable. The mother and daughter that run the store are extremely attentive and knowledgeable and we loved the values they stand for. They actually go to the factories where the dresses are sourced from to ensure that there is no child labor/slave labor/elder abuse happening with the making of the dress. I loved that they pre select dresses that are tailored to your taste and make sure the experience of trying them on is fun and seamless. As Christians, we especially loved that they are a faith based company and that the logo of the store is representative of a biblical reference.
