I just had the most bizarre experience while attempting to pick up an order. Just got done with a 13 hour day and have another one tomorrow so I thought I'd order. I walk in and no one acknowledges me but there was a young girl that all three grown 40-50 something men were drooling over for a while, so I figured fine, when she is done, the staff will attend to me. Nope, got stared-not at, but through--which was so weird, strange and awkward. I say "hello?" to the three grown men who continue to refuse to acknowledge that I was in there. Not sure if they just don't have people skills, customer service skills, are socially awkward, or just don't know how to work/run a business but I noped out and will just get my money back through the app. So strange. This is how people treat others when they think no one is looking, I guess. Additionally, I parked in the parking lot and their back door was wide open and it was SOOOOOOOO nasty in that back room, dirt all over everything, and dirty stuff everywhere, clothes just hanging on stuff---so I was kind of glad to not eat anything from there after all, everything happens for a reason. Read moreKnow about the specials in advance! As a frequent customer I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience at my most recent visit. I ordered a Large Cheese Pizza and 12 wings over the phone for pickup. When I picked up my food I handed my card over to pay and noticed my order was actually a special that included a 2 liter of soda. I asked the employee if I could have a 2 Liter of soda as that was part of the special and the employee rudely said no because I didn’t ask for it over the phone. I don’t understand the difference of asking for the soda over the phone versus in person. I ended up having to pay more for the 2 items separately because I was unaware of the special before getting to the restaurant and the employee didn’t mention it over the phone. I understand they didn’t have to tell me about the special but wouldn’t that have been the right thing to do for a frequent customer? I will continue to order from here because the food is good but take this as a warning to check the specials...
Read moreGreat pizza but the service is not. After waiting for food to come via Uber they would suddenly cancele my order for no apparent reasons. And It happened more then one time and on the different days. When I called the restaurant I was placed on hold without even been given an opportunity to say hello. And after waiting on the phone for over 5 minutes.Nobody came back to speak to me, so I had to hang up. I understand that maybe they were busy but you have to at least answer your phone it doesn't take much time. They should really do much better with their customer service. Having good food does not give you a pass on treating your customers badly and just cancel their orders after they already been waiting for awhile and expecting the food to come.
