I'm usually not one to review a business poorly but this is the second time we have an issue.

The karaoke DJ definitely has her usuals and gives them priority. On and off the mic...she would lower music and vocals as she pleased. I also went to put in a second song and was asked if it was to replace the first. Meanwhile the usuals definitely went up more than once.

The DJ's boyfriend is rude and unprofessional. Has some serious anger issues. Management should really not allow this kind of behavior. My brother asked to higher vocals and instead it was lowered intentionally. Boyfriend responded by snatching the mic, cursed on the mic and tried to initiate a fight.

I've also been here before for karaoke and asked beforehand if we could sing from our table as the bar was packed. We were told NO and then they allowed their usuals to sing from their seats. I'm not sure why they wouldn't want to be friendly and inviting to ensure the bar more business.

We were hoping to see the West Virginia vs Kansas game today but it was only televised on ESPN +. We called around to 5 places including Buffalo Wild Wings and nobody had the game. We called Mickey's and the person answering the phone apologized for not knowing if they had the game and promised that the manager would get back to us. Within a minute, Ron called and confirmed that they had the game and would seat us so we could see it. When we got in, he did just that within a minute! This place has a great vibe, great service, nice crowd and great local flavor. We didn't order food this time but the guy at the next table swears it's the best! We'll be back there soon to try it out. Wish there were places that care about their customers like...

Opening Sunday for football. The place was packed and no seats were available. However, that didn't matter. People were standing, being served and enjoying themselves. The service was phenomenal on such a busy day. Accessibility to viewing all of the games was flawless. Every dish we ordered arrived at the table hot. You could tell the servers were on top of picking up your food order while it was still hit and not sitting under heat lamps. Wide variety of bottles and taps. Rodney Hampton, the running back from the 1990 Super Bowl Champion NY Giants was in the building taking pics and signing autographs while sitting back and enjoying Sunday football.
