Today, Thursday, 10 October 2024. This morning at 6:25 a.m., I thought it would be a nice treat to bring donuts to the office. Arrived at Dunkin Donuts, Lynn Haven, FL, and decided to go inside to order. The male employee watched me approach. As I walked to the register, he then looked away. I quietly awaited his acknowledgment. He then looked at me, and I stared back, still silent. Finally, he asked me, "What would you like?" I replied, "Good morning, how are you? His response, "What would you like?" Now I know this is a donut shop and not a 5 star restaurant. I have no unrealistic expectations. But, as a customer who chose to spend my money, at any location, expects to be treated like a human being. Not as an inconvenience and treated rudely and disrespectfully. How hard can it be to say good morning? Hate your job? Quit! Hate people? Stay home! Hate working mornings? Find a night shift. But don't take it out on me. It bothers me when people in the customer service business are rude to me. I'm sure my review will have little to no impact on management. But you won't be getting my business anymore. There are plenty of donut shops...
Read moreThere was a time in my life where I practically could not drive past a Dunkin Donuts without stopping and shopping, but I'm pretty sure I'm done with them. I've never liked their coffee but the donuts were the gold-standard in the industry for me. At the register, there was a very large man shifting inventory and had to be told to take my order. He took the two steps to the register and acted like he just killed all of his family except one, and I looked like that one. I made him laugh and smile so that turned out well. I ordered a powdered vanilla cream and a sour cream, blueberry glazed. Both were very disappointing. The powdered vanilla cream donut truly tasted like cream filled, dusted, cardboard. The blueberry donut had been on the shelf long enough to allow the glaze to reduce to a very thin water-like film, and the donut itself was dry and stale. I could not get most of that donut passed my gag-reflex, it was that bad! I have seen the decline of many businesses and customer's services, and I guess all I can do is chalk it up to another negative experience and choose to never go to another...

We usually frequent the location at 516 E 23rd St. with exceptional service but because of having a Walmart pick up near this location, we came here - and it was an unpleasant experience.
It began with 3 employees sitting outside smoking, staring at us… even my 12 YO daughter felt uncomfortable.
When we got to the window she handed us half of our order and asked “that’s everything, right?” I told her we were missing 1 drink and 2 doughnuts. She threw the 2 doughnuts into an empty bag, which caused them to stick together and onto the bag, and then handed us the wrong drink. When I told her it wasn’t the right drink, and showed her our order, she stared at the order/drink and slowly said “oh that’s weird” and then just awkwardly stared at us without making an effort to rectify the mistake.
Thankfully someone else came and handed us the correct drink (while the other employee was still staring at us).
Are Dunkin’ Donuts employees drug tested? What...
