Firehouse Subs Lynn Haven — Restaurant in Lynn Haven

The store closes at 9 and I went in about 8:40 to get a sandwich. They had time to make my sandwich and I was home at 9 PM. The workers were clearly not happy that I came in to get a sandwich when they obviously wanted to go home. They had already put the meatball sub ingredients away so I had to order a steak and cheese. They locked the door 8:45 PM and let me out when I was ready to go at 8:50 PM. They were rude. I absolutely cannot stand it when a store says it's open certain hours and they close before then! If you want to close at 8:30 PM then say so and post that as your hours. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Terrible customer service! The girl that checked me out was picking food out of her teeth while talking to me. When my name was called and I got my sandwich, I said thank you and the girl turned her back and never replied. She should have been the one to tell me thank you! This place used to be one of my favorite places but not any more. I wish every place of business could have customer service like Chick-fil-A. All the young employees there seem to appreciate my business. From now on, I’ll go to next door to Publix for my sub sandwiches. We called ahead to see if dine in was available at around 1030a.Phone was answered and we was told yes.We show up at 10:55am and the door is locked and open sign is off and 3 employees are sitting at tables on thier cell phones.Store hrs say open at 10a??
