Q At KFC in Lynn Haven is a pissy poor excuse of a manager. I can’t stand when they put incompetent people such as him in a managerial position. Makes us look so bad! Went to KFC and waited over 20min in a 2 car line to order. Ordered two fill ups boxes. The girl taking the order said they only had breast and wings so I said that was fine bc we were already there and had waited X amount of time. We get to the window and I notice the price is higher than it should be so I asked the girl why that was. She said it’s because he charged you extra for each breast🤔 I asked her why he would charge extra for each breast if that’s all THEY had. Nevermind you, none of this was said prior to me ordering and nonetheless doesn’t make sense. She said she didn’t know she just started. So I asked for the manager. The manager came and asked what sauces we wanted (I didn’t know he was the manager), then left. So she’s still trying to check me out and I’m telling her I want to speak to the manager. Fast forward: she goes to the back and gets Q. He comes to the window, doesn’t at all allow me to address my issue just starts in screaming (yes screaming) “Ma’am she told you all we had was breast and wings didn’t she tell you that”?! “Ain’t that what you ordered and said you wanted”?! “Did you not say you wanted that”?! Now in between him screaming I can’t get TWO WORDS in, I never even told this man what the issue was bc he couldn’t hush. The most I said was, “you just got to the window why are you screaming”???? “You’re a grown man why are you at the window screaming”? Then he said, “I don’t have time for this we tryna get ready to close” and slams the window close. In my head I’m thinking, time for what, to hear yourself talk bc ME EITHER. Then they wonder why they have such a bad rep. I sat there for another 10min maybe before another supposed manager named Tone came to the window and I had him refund my money bc not my business (I paid for one box originally and had them take the other with the additional charges off). Read moreI visited this KFC on 6-27-23 and was utterly disgusted from the moment the lady, whose name is not worthy of mentioning, answered the intercom. My dad has been stuck in the hospital a few days, from no eating, to liquids only, then FINALLY solids and KFC being his favorite place, I got here as soon as his dietary restrictions were lifted! The non chalant attitude and rudeness set me off, but Callaway wasn't quite in reach for the nearest alternative, so I dealt with it. Not only was the KFC restaurant number 2209 in Lynn Haven, Florida window worker rude, but after telling me they're drink/ice machine was out, I asked if there could be any small substitution to the drink not being provided. She said nope! I asked if I could order an alternate, with just one small side, she said nope! I asked if they had bottled beverages to replace the drink machine being down, she said nope. I asked could she provide the store number, she said she didn't know it and would not provide me with her name. Small acts of kindness go a long way. Having better attitudes go even further. That location should provide training on better ways to greet and communicate with their customers, while also suggesting alternatives when either the machines are down or the food has run out. Read moreSo I pull up to this location at roughly 9:17pm and proceed to place my order in the drive thru. I sat there for at least 3 minutes browsing the menu and saying "hello" no one ever responded. Another cars pulls in behind me and yells out that she called and was told that they are closed. Mind you, this location isn't due to close until 10pm. I pulled forward and decided to call myself and verify. Someone answered the phone and I proceeded to ask if there were closing a whole 30+ minutes before the scheduled and posted time??!!! The woman answered, "no we're still open". I said, "ok I will drive back around to place my order". As soon as I stated that I was a customer, she hung up on me. I drove back around anyway and still no answer on the drive thru speaker. I got a good peak in the window. I couldn't see anyone but could hear banging and what sounded like money (loose change) being counted. I called again as I sat at that window peering in and no one answered. I'm highly disgusted!!! Stay open during the posted hours. Fire that night time staff and start again!!!
