This McDonalds is a pathetic excuse and you should avoid it if you can. Why do people generally go to McDonalds? It's about knowing what to expect. Relatively inexpensive food that you can get quickly. This McDonalds routinely deviates from their posted store hours. As in, they should be open but you get there and they aren't. Just this morning I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes when they were open, yet nobody answered to take my order. I pulled up to the window and could see two employees standing inside by the counter. One was on their cell phone. I knocked on the window to ask if they were open and they ignored me flat out. I called the store and got no answer. I knocked at the window again and the blonde woman on the phone just looked at me and then went right back to Candy Crush or whatever she was doing. Seriously, you can't even come to the window to tell me that you're closed even though your store hours say you should be open? This kind of experience is a routine one for this particular McDonalds. Even when you do get service it is often from rude employees. I'd guess about 1/2 of the experiences I have there are negative ones. They don't seem to listen when you slowly order your items one at a time, because EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here I have to repeat it several times. And then you're met with a snobby look and curt interactions at the window. Look, I get it. I really do. I worked at McDonalds for years and know the problems that can arise. I worked in back window taking orders. I worked in the grill making food. I did it all and I can say that there is little excuse for just how poor this location seems to operate. There is some minimum, basic level of service (if not just friendliness) that should be expected even if things are slow or they can't understand my order. I think they just don't listen and have a shi#^@ attitude. In summary, this specific McDonalds will not provide you with a reliable and predictable service. This specific McDonalds will likely provide you with an unhappy and unfriendly employee interaction. The entire store needs work from the order takers all the way up to management. I'd give no stars if it was an option. Seriously, they could at least answer the phone to tell me they were closed, especially since the employees were standing around doing...
Read moreNever had a less than average experience here until this time. I placed a mobile order and selectd curbside pickup. App confirmed, I got my email receipt (small order: McChicken with cheese and a large Sprite no ice). I waited in the spot for 20 min and watched at least 6 cars drive away. Also keep in mind that the curbside spot was in perfect view of the handout window. After that wait I pulled around and waited in the drive thru until the mic. Quickly explained I placed my mobile order and didn't receive it, making sure to clarify I was sitting there for 20 min. He asked me to hold on. He hopped of the mic and I assume he talked to a manager. When he came back he asked me to pull through to the first window. Which was mildly irritating at the time considering I was almost at a 30 min wait at this point. Eventually I made it up to the window. At this point it had been 40 min since I placed my order (this is based upon my email confirmation of my order). I apologized to the crew member for being a pain and asked if I could get a refund considering I had waited so long for my (small) order and not received it yet. He was fine and happily said he'd go talk to his manager. The manager on site, the older Russian guy, came over and I showed him my receipt (the email) which showed the following information: purchase date and time, store location/address, contents of order, or number. He started acting like I was lying and saying that they don't have the order and that I never ordered yet in his hand, on my phone, was the receipt. Eventually he got me drink and food but refused to give me a refund claiming he could only do it within the app which I know isn't true because I've ordered mobile and received cash refund at the same store before. By the time I was driving away from the window it was 11:06 and my mobile receipt was received at 10:21. Never have I had such a horrible experience at a fast food...
Read moreGood early morning. Last night at about 10:15pm I ordered 2 large mocha frappe and a large french fry thru the drive thru. When I was at the speaker ordering I informed the employee taking my order Brit that I had a mobile app coupon. She informed me that she would input it at the first window. When I drove up to the window I gave her my promo code and when she reached for my money she says "oh wow someone wearing a Louis Vuitton jacket really needs to use a coupon huh" and snatched it out of my hand. I was completely caught off guard. My friend in the passenger seat looked up from his phone and said "what did she just say?!" She handed me my change and I kid you not SLAMMED THE DOOR SHUT!!! IVE never felt so unwanted as a customer anywhere ever in my life. Let me just say that my "Louis Vuitton " jacket is a big FAKE! AND if it wasn't maybe people get rich by taking advantage of killer deals like this one right here. Regardless the only reason I even stuck around to get my order was to make sure I got the woman's name. I felt very uneasy after pulling up to the second window and overhearing the male employee scream about how the mocha frappe order wasn't a big deal until someone made it one. So I didn't even eat my food or drink my frappes. I hope this comment gets noticed by someone higher up who at the very least will coach the woman on how to speak to customers in the future. Thank you so much. Also I provided the correct time I was there. So I'm sure that the video footage will collaborate...
