I'm adding the response to Nordstrom's comment who commented privately on this email and asked for my contacts info : on the same day I called and spoke with your support and gave my details with contact info. She confirmed my details and said the same thing that you take it seriously. That was 2 months a go and if you did take it seriously , at least you should have had my details. As it is said: actions speak louder than words.

I was faced with descriminatiry behaviour by this store's employees and I strongly believe it was becaus of racism. When I asked a question about available sizes , one of the employees (who was walking between the isles ) told me to use the room left hand side of the shop and ask if there are other sizes available.
I followed the given instructions and took two of the shoes I was interested to ask if they have the size I was looking for. I asked a lady in there and she started helping me until a second (racist ) employee stormed from my behind and told her to do her job and don't talk to me. Then she started answering all other customers with the identical or similar questions (if there are other sizes in their inventory ) . After I waited few minutes I told her why you don't help me and she said go and look for yourself . Apparently they only help white people and I wasnt white enough. So I complained to the manager and after wasting my time she only told me that she is happy to force her employee to apologize. But I refused to accept and requested an official response from store . So she suddenly turn back and went back inside the store like my skin is brown and I'm not worth it. So I called rack customer support and explained the situation. The lady behind the phone started showing that she cares but after explaining the while story I noticed she she was mocking me . Anyway it's been 2 months since my call and I'm still waiting for the response. Unfinished descrimination against brown people never been recognised and took seriously .
P.s: I spoke with my friends and apparently since it is illegal to have a sign that says do not enter if your skin is brown ( similar to few decades ago where it was legal to do so ) , some shops show bad service and bad attitude intentionally to toward people of color so they don't use their shop again. I'm not sure if this is true about this shop or generally as I don't have any proof. But that was the advised I got and I thought it is something interesting to add. I hope this is not...
   Read moreTerrible customer service. Their customer service was the worst. I will never go there again. Yesterday, I visited this place to buy a bag with my sister. While browsing for bags, my sister got cut from one of their bags. There was something sharp on it. She was bleeding but it wasn't a big cut. We wanted them to know that there was a dangerous bag. I told them about this accident. There were some employees. But nobody wanted to resolve this problem. I asked them to alert someone about this dangerous bag. One employee came with me, and I showed her the bag. She checked it. Then she asked us if we would want to buy it. I couldn't believe what I heard from her. I answered NO!!. And I explained that the bag was dangerous. Somebody can get hurt again from that bag. She asked us again if we wanted to buy it. I said NO!! Another employee was coming to us. The first employee laughed and faced back to the other employee. I asked her why she laughed. She said she laughed, but that she wasn't laughing at us. I couldn't understand this situation. We wanted to go out, but I tried to let them know about this danger. I explained it to another employee. After she checked the bag, she asked us IF WE WANTED TO BUY IT. We couldn't believe that situation. Then a manager came to us, and we let her know what happened. I was really tired. The manager told them to remove the bag from the display shelf. And apologized for the employees' attitude and my sister's wound. But her apology wasn't enough. We didn't want to stay there anymore. This experience was terrible. They don't know what their role is or what customer service is. I suggest you visit this place if you want to experience TERRIBLE...
   Read moreThis place is sooo disorganized and under staffed but they do have a security guard at the door to combat shop lifting I just wish they were as concerned about the paying customers experience as they are with shop lifters!! Finding a matched pair of shoes is a joke and to be honest the deals are not that great either I guess if u have the time and stamina to dig u may find one or two great deals but other wise not worth it they don't even have those measure your foot things so u know the size of ur child's foot I finally found someone to ask of we could use one and 20 minutes later they RE emerge saying they can't find one which honestly is no surprise if the customer sales floor is in such disarray that the back room behind counters and employee only areas would be even worse. Very disappointed will never go there again!! I wasn't even there during a peak shopping time like a weekend I was there a wendsday evening and there went a whole lot of customers but there was defiantly a immeasurable amount of chaos!! But don't worry they have a security guard so no one is stealing but no one is tolerating the mess of a store to be buying anything at darn near regular...
