We are a vendor that was hired to come and dry-ice blast clean their machinery that makes the baked goods. When we got there, the father was nice, the son was not. We started to dry ice blast clean their equipment. Its a bakery, so its understood it would be dirty. We were getting off years of hard dried food, then the rats started coming out. It came to fine detail cleaning on the electric motor fins which were packed full of hard dry dough. If we continued the cleaning it would have destroyed the cooling fins, permanently damaging their equipment. The father agreed to have us stop that, and we continued the cleaning on other areas. When we were done, he said we did a great job, but his son said we did not and refused to pay us. Perhaps he expected it to look like new. After years and years of caked on hard dough, its not going to look like new, but it will be clean and sanitized and look a ton better, which it did. We have turned them over to collections since they have avoided paying us since 2018. We are a small privately owned company and would never hire someone and then not pay them. The son obviously doesn't care. I would avoid this place...
Read moreMy taste buds are still in shock. I just purchased, this mrn'g, "Ann Marie's Bakery Sugar-free White Cupcakes" from Stater Bros grocery store. These are made by Olson's Baking Company in Lynnwood, WA. Honestly, I have never (sugared nor sugar-free) in my entire life ever tasted frosting that had a strong bitter, chemical taste. I quickly turned to spit it out in a napkin. It wasn't just "unpleasant". It was shockingly bad. I rinsed my mouth out, but water didn't help, so I had to eat something with a strong flavor to it to get rid of the very strong bitter/chemical taste. The cupcake boxes, on display, were well before the expiration date of 5/18 and we're recently stocked on the table in Stater's bakery. Whoa...these can't be for real. What a...
Read morePurchased the mini angel food cakes and unfortunately didn’t read the ingredients. So many unnecessary ingredients and adding defatted soy flour and soybean oil gave these cakes a bitter taste not to mention they contain “a bioengineered food ingredient “. What the hell could that be? Thankfully, I didn’t serve them to my guests, which I had planned to do. Take some time and read the comments on your website which are all in agreement to not waste your money on them. You can’t get away with this kind of nasty stuff any more for people who read ingredients (I screwed up by not reading...
