Called about 4 times around 8:30pm and no one picked up.. I ordered a cake through the app and it clearly states that they close at 10pm and my cake pick up time was at 9:45pm. So we went at 9pm to see if it was ready and the employee had just closed and he refused to give me my cake (that has been paid for) and stated that they are closed. Love the ice cream not the location. While one girl usually skimps out on the ice cream the others have a fml face on. Not friendly not welcoming. guess il take my bussines back to coldstone a small drive away or yogurt land down the street.
