1st time there and the sign says wait to be seated. The staff just kept walking by, no acknowledgment finally a girl comes to us and said u can sit anywhere. Reviewed the menu and then we get a waitress. She takes our order and states she will place our order and then get our drinks. This process took about 15min. The shrimp & fries come along with the dried oysters. I then recieved my crab and shrimp. The waitress asked if we needed anything else. I said yes, I would like a shell cracker for my crab legs. I waited and waited then a waiter came by and I asked him for one. I then waited and waited u till I had to finally go to the counter and ask again. The young man that was taking orders via phone went to find me one. Our waitress then approaches Me and ask if I needed something and I said yes something to crack my crab with and a few minutes later she states that they are all being used. She just wanted to go back to hanging out with the rest of the waitresses and waiters. The waiter that was taking orders did finally find me one. We then ran out of drinks and once again I had to go to the area where they were having a staff meeting/conversation by the bathroom and ask for more drinks. By this time I was fed up and didn't enjoy this at all. My bill was 80.00 and not worth it at all. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND OR RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THEY DEFINITELY NEED AN ADULT THERE WATCHING THEM. MY RECCOMENDATION IS TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE POOR SERVICE. I CANT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE FOOD BEACUSE I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. Hello. My name is Danielle Crawford. I decided to come to Kickin crab with my 3 daughters at the Lynwood location. 3170 E. Imperial HWY 102. I called around 8:58-9pm to ask what time is the last seating. A hound lady answered the phone and said the last seating was at 9:30. That was the end of our conversation. She didn’t explain that they were very busy and there might be a wait time. I arrived at 9:11. I was the first one at the service desk. I stood there for about 10 mins before someone serviced me. Finally at 9:21pm your Manager Fernando assisted me. I explained to him that we would like to sit. He told me that dining close at 9:30pm. I was upset because I drove from San Pedro to eat here. He told me that I won’t be able to be seated. He also tried to argue with me because he was the manager. While speaking to him he walked away for another 10 min to work the cash register. While about 7 people waiting in line. He than returned and had an attitude with me. And told me “I was gone add you to the list for seating but you kept talking”. I found that very rude of him. I don’t appreciate it at all what so ever. I don’t know if I’ll ever return back to this location. I usually spend about 100-150$ every time. Here’s proof because I know people like to lie. I starched the time I called and I also attached how he walked away and stood at the cash register for about 10 mins before returning to service me. He didn’t even apologize to me or anything. It pains me to have to even give a review like this. Oh am giving this restaurant a 1 star because of their cheap management and terrible customer service skills. For starters I placed my family and I on the waiting list through Google, we ran into a bit of traffic and parking at this location is horrific. However, we make it for our reservation give or take 15 to 20 mins. The Greeter began to tell me we have to wait another 45 mins because we were late (at this time there were 4 open tables) so we decided to wait.

We finally make it in, got seated and someone took our order. Our drinks came right away! Our Appetizers took 35 mins to make it to our table, because they were placed in a to go bag for someone else, given back to the cook who took them out of the bag and gave them to a server who wasn’t our server….. ( when your server is leaving they will let you know and will introduce to you your new server… that did not happen).

While waiting my husband and I noticed that the table next to us left a $.36 cent and we were astonished . After eating our appetizers we waited another 29 mins and still no food. I spoke to 2 different people about our orders and no one could seem to give me an answer on where our food was. So unfortunately we had to walk out .
