Waited until there were only a couple people (since I'm slower than most because I'm disabled) Rosie C. greeted me and rushed me as the place began to get busy. I didn't feel like she gave me a chance to think out my order as she has a condescending attitude when I said I didn't want the pre chosen buntinis. She also seemed so bothered I asked how I would be able to p/u my order in 20 mins. I waited in my van and when I went back inside, the young woman at the counter with blonde hair was so polite it made me feel better about purchasing items even after I was left to feel uncomfortable when I took time to order. I called back and proceeded to get a woman who basically lectured me for 10 minutes on their process and said their policy is to take part of an order when they are busy and leave you waiting or call you back when THEY HAVE TIME. In the course of the 10 minute lecture, she could have finished my order. n 30 years, of conducting customer service and receiving it, I have never heard of a company doing this.
