Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Macedonia

I am a long time customer. . A year ago i stopped in for a 40$ gift card and a smoothie. The smoothie was not made well ,was watered down. So i decided i would return it or have a new one made. Well the young man at the counter didn't know how to count money back to me so i just told him id like a refund for everything. He couldn't count cash pretty sad. So I haven't been there in a while but thought I would give it another shot 2 weeks ago , again my smoothie tasted like watered down orange sherbert. I was on my way to work.I didn't have time to go back to the store. So I called the next day , left a message for a manager to call me. Never heard back . Today i went in for the same drink, same thing ,tasted like watered down orange sherbert. No manager on duty ,i will call tomorrow. This is the last chance for my business here. But after reading and seeing the pictures of the girls in the dumpster from the last review, i don't think I will be back! One star for me. Sad because I used to love their smoothies but not...

I went to pulp today Monday April 8th at 2pm and the young girl with long dark curly hair was INSANELY rude I think her name was Eliza, Aliza, something like that.. Would not answer any questions. “I don’t know” about any questions I had and that she couldn’t help me. I go to pulp atleast 3 times a week bc I I work very close. I wanted to cancel my order as I was told it would be 10 more minutes past the quoted time on DoorDash pickup and I didn’t want my daughter to miss the eclipse. Once I learned I couldn’t get a refund through DoorDash I decided to wait. After 12 min of me standing at the counter the girl rolls her eyes and through her hands up and SCREAMS at me that she threw my ticket out bc I asked her to cancel it. Even though I let her know that I wasn’t able to cancel. She screams that I should have let her know. I said well j told you I couldn’t cancel and I’m standing here at pickup and she said YEAH BUT YOU DIDNT LET ME KNOW you still wanted it. She yelled at me in front of other customers. Very...

Decent smoothie place in Macedonia Ohio.

Drove by on lunch and decided to stop and try them as I've never had Pulp Juice and Smoothie before.

It was ok.

LOTS of options on the menu and the service was very fast.

I had the protein smoothie. It was higher in calories than I'm used to for a healthy smoothie but it was good.

It was fairly small by modern smoothie sizes.

Perhaps I could have customized a larger smoothie to get more food and lower the calorie count while still getting a good amount of protein, but I wanted to try off the menu.

They also don't have a lot of other drinks, snacks, or other goodies like a lotbof other places do.

It's worth a try but if there are other smoothie places in the area(smoothie king and beyond juice are top tier) I might recommend those...
