I went to T-Mobile on March 4th to upgrade my phone. My first stop was the Twinsburg T-Mobile but they didn't have the phone that I was looking for. However, they greeted me as I came in made me feel like they were glad that I was there. Even though they didn't have the phone that I wanted they were very professional all of them in the store. They went over and above their duties and called around to another T-Mobile to see if they may have what I was looking for and they found one in Macedonia Ohio God Bless You Abdul and Jay V. I love T-Mobile I think that they are a great company. I been with T-Mobile maybe about 10 years or more. I been telling my friends and family about T-Mobile and I just got a lady from my Church to join T-Mobile and she did. When I went to T-Mobile on March 4th in Macedonia, Ohio. I didn't get the same experience that I received at Twinsburg. We all are humans. So I went up to a gentleman and said hi and told him why I was there and he asked for my information and showed me the phone that I was looking for. Since I was upgrading I asked to be educated on that particular phone and he did. We talked for awhile and I told him I will come back. T-Mobile is one of the greatest companies that I know. I properly will never leave T-Mobile. I have never had a bad customer service since I been with T-Mobile I don't know what the issue was on March 4th, but don't let that stop you from going there yourself and find out just how great they are. You will not be disappointed but you could be if you don't go. Like I said I been with T-Mobile for a long, long time they...
Read moreIf you go to a T-Mobile corporate store (as I did in Macedonia, Ohio) to buy an iPhone be prepared for a shell game. I went through pricing with the sales representative and he added a 24 month equipment charge plus the installment purchase down payment less the trade in fee of the iPhone 8 he gave me the hard figure of $437 for an iPhone 12. Today I reviewed my T-Mobile statement and my bill increased by $16.83 for 30 months (or $504.90) plus the initial purchase down payment.
The bottom line is that I believe that the T-Mobile sales process is complicated on purpose. It's definitely a shell game intended to confuse clients and get you to pay more money. Next time around I'll buy a phone directly from Apple. I'm not sure how much it will cost but I bet the transaction will be more...
Read moreMore like t-brobro... The three guys working there were obnoxious bros. I added a line, the guy in store said one thing "six gigs of data," but actually assigned me zero, and t mobile is trying to get me to pay more money for data. I had to go online and fix it myself. On top of this, the three guys working there were this biggest bros ever, and obviously hired each other or were friends or something. One had a Trump phone case (I'm not into politics, but that's unprofessional on the clock, imo), they blasted the douchiest nu-metal, and in general acted very unprofessional. They talked not like they were working, but like they were conversing at a party....
