They won't make anything the way you want it. You get what is on the menu or you don't get anything. She treats customers like she is their bossy MAMA and the customers are her kids who have to mind. They don't have enough egg in the egg drop soup and they could make all of the egg drop soup with double the eggs and have chicken broth ready to be added if you don't want double the eggs. You can't get what you want. I wanted chicken broccoli and lo mein but their meal only has it with fried rice and she refuses to make it with lo mein rather than rice and just charge a couple of dollars for the substitution of lo mein. she REFUSES to give you your beverage that you ordered UNTIL the food is ready and her DEMON SON confronts you if he doesn't hear your order at the speaker and you have to order it again at the window and they make everyone wait at the window rather than getting you to park and just bringing you the food when it's ready. I was ordering the combination plate and they said they don't do those after 8. I ask to use phone to call home ask ask what my brother wanted because no combination plates after 8. They wouldn't let me use the phone. Told me they were closed. I don't know what's going on with these restaurants. Apparently they're not interested in making money. Not only did they loose my money that night but lost forever cause I will never go back there. Who is training these ppl to work. How can these owners make money with the attitude of there employees. Well, it's two years later since my first review, and they've apparently gone downhill so I'm editing my Five Star review to a Two. This time their rice tasted like lighter fluid or something. We couldn't eat it. We called to let them know. They said to bring it back and they would refund us. We took our food back, but because my husband ate his chicken (but not the rice), they only refunded us for my meal. She didn't even apologize. She acted annoyed instead. It'll likely be a very long time before we give them another chance - if ever. It's a shame. We've been going here for YEARS and it was always delicious. This one time, we had a valid complaint and we're treated as though we weren't believed. Again, they offered no partial refund on the second meal and no apology.
