Went to Panda Express about 7:15 in the evening, it was not near closing time. They were out of several entrees items as well as spring rolls. I realized they do not wish to over prepare food around closing but it was still dinner time. Had to wait 10 minutes on the spring rolls I ordered because they had none prepared. As l waited, the employee serving customers saw his friend in line. The employee said at the top of his lungs "Tiffany" l need a discount on his order! She quickly gave him one! I stood up from the chair where had been waiting on my order and the employee said " Have a nice night". I told him l was not leaving, l had NOT received my order yet! He said "okay", not I'm sorry or anything else. I realized he wanted to give his friend a discount but, he should not have said it out loud for the entire restaurant to hear. It is sad that customers who are paying full price are not acknowledged properly or apologized to. I did not expect a discount, but at least someone could have apologized. The bottom line is if you don't have a friend that works there, expect terrible service and rude employees. Not to mention this was not my first experience with their rude employees and lack of menu items not prepared in a timely manner. I gave them a second chance, l will tell everyone l know to beware of the location on Tom...
Read moreBeen here several times, each time hoping it will be good. When it’s good, it’s great. But usually it’s not. Whether it’s because they just don’t have something, poor customer service, getting the wrong order or missing part of an order, or absurd wait times, it seems like this location just canNOT get it together. This is absolutely a management issue because I have never seen a place that could be so good mess up SO consistently. I also literally won’t even go during the last hour because they just stop cooking stuff, meaning you get to pick from the leftovers that nobody else wanted, or you have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook it fresh to order. I don’t even go in store to order anymore because you just have to wait in line for them to potentially not have what you want.
Placing an order online can be better, but it’s usually not since there’s basically a 50% chance you’ll either be missing something or get the wrong thing. God help you if you want to order multiple plates with specific combinations because they will absolutely just throw stuff together despite your order. In other words, if you’re placing a lunch order for multiple people, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless your coworkers are cool divvying up each other’s sides and entrees later since half the stuff will be on the...
Read moreI would not be leaving this review on various review sites if the management had reached out like they were supposed to upon contacting the Panda Express website for feedback/complaints. The worker named Josiah was very rude at the counter. He acted like he was put out that he was having to do his job. I placed an online order at 12:41 to be ready at 12:48.. it eventually got pushed back to 12:50. Ok, that was fine.. I got to restaurant counter. Josiah stated that he didn’t have an order for me.. eventually said it was being made.. stood around waiting with many people. Didn’t leave restaurant with food until after 1:15. Ok, they were busy–I understand. However, I opened the to go plate to find that the orange chicken was very over cooked. I couldn’t even put a fork into it. Not to mention there were NUTS in the RICE! Nuts were from the Kung Pao Chicken they serve (I have previously gotten).. LUCKILY I do not have a nut allergy like many people do! Better yet, what if I had given that food to a child with a severe nut allergy that didn’t know any better?! You shouldn’t have to worry about these things! Will not be returning to this location! I’ve never had an issue with the Warner Robins location so I will be going there from now...
