Update-Y'all never cease to disappoint. Please give me a whole bowl of soup! It's almost like this location doesn't ever want to be great. I keep updating after I go a long while without visiting this location and they stay at one or zero stars if I could give that.
If I could give this place no starts I would. Went there yesterday at 3pm, had a raw chicken nugget and ended up sick most of the day and last night, literally the only thing I ate. I don’t know why My wife keeps hoping this location will get better. Leaving reviews doesn’t help much because ppl in Macon accept the absolute minimum in everything and that’s obvious by the level of service. This is the third review, one of them was in 2019 and it still hasn’t gotten any better.
Slowest one in all of Georgia and I’ve been to a few and a bad one in California and this still tops it 😑🤣 I guess my spouse hasn’t learned her lesson. There are three people at the drive through and its still slow af. Also the person checking us out didn’t scan our phone correctly and now we paid for items we had points for that should have been free.
Not impressive for a chick_fil-a. My brother in law works for corporate and he has told me the level of training employees go through, not to mention I've been to countless chick-fil-a's. I got a fruit cup and there was a hair in it. I am a female with a very short cut (almost shaved head) so I know it wasn't mine. No one at this location had a hair net on and their hair was down. The manager (I assume) looks at it and asks another employee..do you see anything? As if i am lying. I tell her, it's right there in the middle and they both had a deer in headlights look on their face. It was a little ridiculous because she came off like she thought i was lying. My spouse saw it and she's a black woman, the texture was def. Not hers plus she had a head wrap on. Anyway, no apology or anything. I did get a new fruit cup. The rest of my food was fine but i will not frequent again. I will be moving to the area next month and actually do enjoy going to chick-fil- a but i can find another location. Read moreOh my goodness! This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited in any state. The cashier was rude on 09/13/23. The cashier gave me my food like it was a doggy bag and she didn't want to communicate when I told her my food was 45 minutes behind. I had made an order online. The line was long and "I understand" it was raining; however, the scan machine didn't work properly for me at the time; however, the online status stated they had my order and were working on it. After waiting for about 30 min in the line, I get up there and it is not ready. They only have a drink. Mind you my 12 yr was starving. She had just left school and everyone knows how kids are when they are starving from school. They told me to park. I parked and noticed people after me who placed their orders in real-time received their food. I went into the establishment and explained my concern. At first, the cashier was nice, and then when I asked for a refund. Just a refund because I was tired of waiting and I was going to take my daughter elsewhere because I saw it was super swamped. This young lady rolls her eyes at me and goes over to a gentleman (and I hear her discussing me in a not-so-nice way.) She comes back and says "You just ordered this 10 minutes ago. I'm like "no" please see the app, which I had in my hand. It started at 5 pm and here we were at 5:45. I advised the young girl that the stamp of the time and date wasn't entered until staff realized they hadn't fixed it. I had my online order on my phone in my hand. No apologies. She shrugs her shoulders and moves on to the next person. I have never seen such rudeness. This does not give the norm of what Chick-fil-A is supposed to be. I hope they get better. Read moreI am a frequent customer of this Chik Fil A establishment on Tom Hill, as I live minutes away, especially on what I deem “Chick Fil A Fridays” when I grab breakfast here before work. For the past few weeks I have been very disappointed with the level of service I have received. Last Friday, I waited at the drive thru for at least a minute without being greeted or my order taken. After another minute or so, I initiated conversation with the representative asking , “Hello can I place an order?”. Katelyn rudely responded, “My Ipad is resetting”.While I understand this may have not been her fault, I expected better customer service and to at least be greeted and/or advised of the situation before I had to initiate conversation. No apologies were made on Katelyn’s end. And when she was finally able to take my order, I was told to drive to the window for my total. Like excuse me? Is this Chick Fil A or no? Fast forward to to this morning (9/6/19) I arrive to the restaurant drive thru at 6:45am. I am the next car in line to have my order taken. After waiting 15 minutes with no order being taken (customers now driving out of the line and/or leaving there cars to go inside and try and place an order) I call the restaurant to ask if something is going on at the window. The manager responds to the call and says, “Yes, we have a car with a really big order.” I finally got my food after 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. I feel that better customer service would have been to have said vehicle pull out of the line so that other orders could be placed and/or not allow orders of a certain quantity to be placed at the drive thru window.
