Lets start for the food, when you pay $17 dollar for a burrito you expect a normal size (at least) burrito and not a mini portion. When you order it with any kind of meat you expect to have meat not just 3 slices of brisket (in my case). Also when you add a $3+ for guacamole you expect a decent amount of it and not a spit. When you order a chicken quesadilla you expect the quesadilla to have a good amount of chicken and cheese, and not few pieces of chicken and most of the cheese melted outside in the box. Now let's pass to the crew, I don't know if the problem is the manager or the person at human resources but the employees always look frustrated and alway try to rush you when you order in person. Moral on the story, this place rip you off while having you feel uncomfortable. People pay for food not for samples, then starting from the manager, smiling more doesn't hurt you and if you don't like you job than find another one because you ruin the mood to everybody. Stating that, I won't buy anything else, anymore at chipotle (or at least this location). Read moreI had went on my lunch break and there was 2 customers in front of me while the worker was making food for one customer he had gloves on making this persons food goes and charges the customer with the same gloves on and then goes back and helps a new customer with the same gloves after roughing the register and touching money from the previous customer while walking back to help the new person he is rubbing his hand on the counter and instead of changing his gloves he goes and uses the same gloves and grabs tortillas with the same dirty gloves and makes that customers food and does the same charge the person takes the money and goes back with another customer behind me cuz I was being helped by someone else and he was using the same gloves and was making that persons order while NEVER WASHING HIS HANDS OR CHANGING GLOVES AFTER EACH CUSTOMER AND TAKING THEIR MONEY….I’ve never had an issue with employees not washing their hands or changing gloves after each customer but this one was just disgusting and I can honestly say...
Read moreI haven’t tried the food but these 5 Stars is to acknowledge a hard worker by the name of Rosa. While the first young employee assisting me was being real lazy just allowing customer to believe they ran out of lettuce , Rosa took it upon herself to let her coworker know there was more in the back and she went and grabbed the lettuce herself. Prior to this order she was just scraping the little bit of beans there was and Rosa had to tell her to get more at the other counter. One thing I hate is dealing with lazy people and honestly I’m glad someone like Rosa was there to assist her co-worker on her job. These young employees need to quit having a stank look on their face and just do their job right!
