Taco Bell — Restaurant in Madera

It's 12:58 a.m. on a Friday night and Madera California we went to the drive-thru Taco Bell and all we could get was tacos the company did not supply the corporate location with soft tacos no sour cream no crunchy anything or fried it had to be crunchy tacos so as we drive through this desert county there is no food for your average American to produce nor provide I think this is a disgrace of the company Taco Bell in a small little county like Madera you have a company that's worldwide Nationwide and you can't even get a simple let alone a soft taco don't think you can get it enough cuz there was no sour cream let alone the items to go with it this company should be revoked from the county let alone it should be revoked from any review this is the disgrace of a company that makes billions of dollars in this nation corporate America you suck not alone...

EDIT: I think I need to learn how it's possible to report missing items without shaming the store because I clearly don't know how to be polite enough after hearing manager Sandra's reaction. I called this morning to report a few missing items from late last night - and when asked why I was reporting it now instead of last night I said I hadn't gone through the whole bag until now, which seemed to shock her. I apologize for expecting everything was in the bag after countless good experiences with the same taco bell; I didn't feel the attitude was at all necessary when I was going out of my way to be polite.

Someone please explain to me why slices of American cheese are in the burritos being served??? Absolutely doesn't make any sense to me, also while your working on the answer to that question can you also answer why a spoon full of meat is in the taco's being sold??? Zero customer service and I mean absolutely zero, is this what the owners want? Because it seems so, I am appalled at the food and the service, it literally blows my mind that business owners are so lackadaisical about what is actually taking place within their own business, oh I get it, take my money and expect me to remain silent about any issues.
