Anyone that frequents this location knows that they are barely ever busy, maybe around lunchtime is about their only peak in the day, this should have been my first indicator of what I was going to experience with this company. I placed an app order for dinner (hoping this would help the order from being wrong, but boy was I wrong!) We placed over a $60 order and every item that we actually received was wrong and items that we asked to be removed, ended up actually having double of what their normal servings would have been (Like someone was being spiteful, seriously I wish I would have taken pictures). Not to mention we were missing like 3 other items from our order. When I called the store to speak to a manager, a lady named Erica answered stating she was the manager. I barely even got 1 concern out before she started laughing at me and then hung up on me! I called back to the store again where Erica, again laughed and hung up on me. Mind you, as I stated they were not busy when we went to pick up, no one in the drive thru, no one in the actual building, parking lot was bare, we were the only customers at that time. I emailed BK's customer service, where I was told that I could not be in contact with an actual person and my concerns would be passed on to the franchise owner and they would handle the situation within. Nothing for the customer who lost out of their own money. No apology, no respect, no let us make up for that, nothing in return, just basically stating it is ok for this to happen at their businesses and they will continue to do it their way, regardless of the customer losing out. At this point, I have yet to be contacted by anyone other than a robotic email. To me, a business that cares about their customers and their hard earned money, is where I want to spend mine at. I will no longer purchase from any chain of Burger King's or their associates (Tim Horton's, Popeye's, Firehouse subs, etc ) because obviously this company and their CEO, Joshua Kobza, is more worried about feeding their pockets than correcting errors made on purpose by their employees and wasting their customers time and hard earned money. Read moreThe management at this location is extremely unprofessional. After placing an order the employee working the register at the window would not let me use a coupon for an order that was placed. He told me I had to go back through the line although I was the only person in the line. Which makes no sense. He then proceeded to tell me that he was too busy to resolve my issue and closed the window in my face in front of his employees, after asking for a manager. It’s very disappointing to now have called the restaurant to find out that the person in question is the actual manager. The fact they barely had customers during that time because they were only accepting cash and the manager being rude and exercising poor judgement in front of his employees is totally unacceptable as reputable establishment. A serious look at management needs to be considered. Especially when you call and have that same individual hang up in your face and tell you to “have a nice day” because you are reporting an issue. So far this one was the best until I ordered three sausage egg biscuits without cheese and there was cheese and they were nice about re making but what upset me they ran out of biscuits so they could only remake two of them I wasn’t happy. Not sure why burger always run out of biscuits smh McDonald’s and Wendy’s do not get your stuff together Burger King!!!!! I was trying to get a refund and they told me in store if you order online you have to get refund online. I went online to ask for a refund first off Burger King no longer has a number you have to email them and it’s horrible!!
