I visited Taco Bell tonight around 930pm. I went to store # 033310 at 12 mile and Dequindre. I eat out probably 5 nights a week and I’ve never in my life experienced such horrible service. I’m sorry for the long review but I want to make it clear what transpired. I ordered a lot, my total was over $60 so I could not check the bag in the drive thru. I went home and separated everything and realized THREE items were missing, two of which were for me. Those missing items were a cantina quesadilla (with pico and lettuce), a soft taco supreme and a 7 layer burrito. So I gave all the kids their food and headed back to the store to get the missing items because they shouldn’t have to wait and then I would want all 19 items replaced fresh so it was easier just to go back and get my food while the kids ate theirs. The manager, who would not tell me his name, swore that he made sure all the items were in the bag but obviously he did not. He then came back and gave me the burrito and a HARD taco. I said for one I need a soft taco supreme and where is the quesadilla? He said “you didn’t specify soft taco and I’m not making you a quesadilla when I know I put it in the bag!” Excuse me??? So the manager is now practically calling me a liar and a thief?! Why would I need to bring EVERYTHING back to prove that there was missing items? If that’s the case anyone can take stuff out of a bag and then say it wasn’t there I shouldn’t have to show you what I DO have to prove what I don’t have. I wouldn’t have wasted my time, gas and patience if the stuff had been in the bag. I would be at home eating it and trying to somewhat enjoy it. All I wanted to do was eat. I already spent my hard earned money and my time going back and forth and now I’m being called a liar and thief! So they refused to make the quesadilla that I never got and now won’t make the correct kind of taco. Then to top it all off the only item that was in the original bag that was for me to eat was a cheese roll up add pick and beef, I get home to eat this and there’s no cheese! How do you forget to put cheese on a CHEESE roll up!? I am baffled. I have never in my life, NEVER, had this terrible of service. I can not get past this. To be disrespected so badly and then to not even get the item I paid for. There just aren’t words to express how upset I am about this ordeal. Read moreMe and my roommate went here to grab something to eat around 8:19, I ordered a Mexican pizza and a Bean and cheese burrito I said it is two different orders, my roommate ordered a bean and cheese burrito, when we got to the window the girl said it would be 11.45 cent or something like that I asked her if she could put it on two different bills then she turn and slammed the window in my face and turn her back and said I ask if you wanted on separate bills , she never ask this ,. And YELLED AT ME SAYING SHE ASK ME the slam that window so hard it bounced back open that window could have broken in my face . Then a guy tended to take orders I said we needed our bill to be separated he said he could not separate it I ask if I could speak with a manager he said he was the manager I ask what was his name he said Zed ,then I asked what was the girls name he said Kesha . I told him I want to complain about her and our food should be free. He said he was not giving us free food and it was 11,45 for the bill I told him because we were treated so badly. that we no longer desire the food . Then when I came home I called back there and asked for the manager the lady on the phone said she was the manager I asked for her name so I could address her properly she said are you calling to complain about food I said no , about your employees, she hung up on me so I called back she refused to give her name and said no Kesha worked there and no Zed and hung up on me again I feel like I have been humiliated so bad and so lied to and like they did all of this because of the color of my skin. Read moreOn Saturday, The line was extremely long, and they were short staffed. I was ok with that, and I understand when your short staffed things tend to take a little longer than normal. Well, It took me 40 minutes to get the through the drive through. Upon receiving my food, I went to pull up a tad when the car behind me pulled right not my back of my car so i could not stop to tell them that I was missing 3 soft tacos and 2 crunchy tacos. So, I pull over, and go to the door of course being late it was locked, I then tried to call 3 times and they would NOT answer. I walked to the window where the guy told me i had to go back through the line which was still long to tell them i was missing food.
First I' not going to wait in a 40+ min line again to tell you I' missing tacos so i asked for a refund if he wasn't going to give me my food. He then closed the window, locked it and called the police on me. Like seriously the police? I not one time raised my voice, acted out I specifically asked for my missing food or a refund.
Then you top it off, I get home to not only see I was missing food, but I paid extra for chicken not beef on 5 cheesy Gordita crunches and they all 5 ended up being beef.
So now, I'm not only out on my missing food that i did not get, but I paid extra for a different meat that i didn't get.
No one at Taco bell seemed to care or even assist me. I emailed them, tried to call them more and I'm getting no where. I will give the email till Wednesday June 5, 2024 when I will then call my credit card company and dispute my transaction since Taco Bell don't want to handle it...
