I ordered a Carmel frappicuno with non fat milk and no whip through the drive thru. When I received the drink, it tasted just like weak black coffee. I mentioned to the cashier that I thought the drink might be missing something. The cashier then told me that that was my fault for ordering something with nonfat milk because that means there's no sugar in it. I tried to tell her that I have ordered this drink before but this time it tatsted completely different. This is when the cashier raised her voice and became violent with me. She shouted at me "what do you want princess? Can't you see your holding up the line? All these people are waiting for you to make up your mind on what you want! If you want a sweet drink don't order nonfat milk! Then maybe it will be up to your standards!" I don't think it is right to have employees talk down to and try to humiliate customers infront of other people ordering. If I make a mistake, I own up to it and try to fix it not turn around and blame it on the other person. Whether your pregnant or not. I dont think this outburst was acceptable. Since this happened, I have went to other Starbucks locations and haven't had one problem with my Starbucks drink. Long story short, I won't be going back or recommend...
Read moreIt saddens me to see so many bad reviews because this location is one of my favorite go-to places. I used to go to the Troy location but didn't feel the vibe the way I do here. I have always had a great experience with my order but I also sit at the Cafe and have watched the staff engaged in exceptional customer service should an order go wrong. I am typically here on Saturday or Sunday mornings and the staff during these shift hours are awesome. They are SO busy but still so professional and courteous.
Lastly, Starbucks is still one of the few places that appreciate and encourage the culture of community and gathering through investment in their coffee shops with a nice ambience and seating- most other coffee chains are only doing drive-through (because you know, covid). Starbucks also trumps in specialty drinks. Recently, they are even doing free coffee refills if you complete your drink at the store. I almost always get a drink when I visit here but people can still sit and enjoy time at the store without ordering.

They are frequently messing up my choice of milk, wrong ingredients in the drinks, send no straws and today I called the store to make sure my order is correct. Ordered iced cherry chai and regular iced chai. I get 2 regular iced chai's. One with whipped cream, cinnamon the other without. The barista obviously knew the order was wrong and sent it anyway. No whipped cream, cinnamon on second drink because they knew it was a regular iced chai instead of cherry. Cherry has pink, cherry cold foam on top. Incompetent staff, they tell you to call delivery service for credit. I rely on the delivery services snd when they mess up my orders, I'm stuck with credits instead of drinks. No cherry, chai. Why??
