I went into Starbucks in Adrian on Thanksgiving Day. There were 4 customers inside when I arrived. All of them were sitting down at a table, noone else in line. There were three people working and a fourth joined while I was waiting. I ordered a Grande Americano- super easy to make, grab a cup, push buttons and voila you have espresso, add water and done. During my 20 minute wait I observed employees talking with friends in the lobby, using their headsets to have personal conversations about past jobs and having a ton of fun- laughing and joking around. Three people that arrived after me and were served their drinks before I received mine. When my drink was finally complete noone knew what it was because it wasn't labeled. I had to state "It's probably my drink I've been waiting 20 minutes" she had to ask what I ordered and moved forward with finishing my beverage. During my entire 20 minute wait not one employee asked me what I was waiting on, apologized for the long wait time, etc. I stood next to the counter very visibly waiting. I also noticed that the espresso station was trashed- a disaster everywhere. I've been in Starbucks coffee shops all over the world for over 15 years and this was by far my worst experience ever. I come to this place every day and I get 2 Trenta sized dragon fruit refresher made with no ice and I get the two Venti size cups of ice on the side. This order cost me almost 15 bucks. Today, when the snotty rude girls in the window handed me my only half filled drink, with a half a cup of ice, I asked her why my drink was not filled. She said she was only allowed to fill it halfway since I was ordering a couple cups of ice on the side. When I dumped the drink into the ice, it proves that I just paid for a Trenta sized Starbucks drink, and only got a Venti size drink while I paid for a Trenta. Bogus. Not only that, but she was very rude and snotty when I asked her why she only filled it halfway. I was spending money every day in this place, but I will take my business elsewhere. I’ve never dealt with this problem before and as much money as these drinks cost, and as often as I am buying them, should’ve treated the situation completely differently they know me because I am there every single day. Y’all need to train your girls to learn how to be in customer service none of them ever smile they are rude and snobby to your customers. They do not greet people properly. Read moreI usually go through the drive thru at this store but I went inside today because the drive thru was a little long and I thought going inside would be a little quicker boy was I wrong ..so I went inside and only like four customers were in there and like six workers...long story short I ordered the new venti Irish cream cold brew and it took almost twenty mins to get my drink and it was not made right I think they whipped the cream to long it was like a thick meringue texture and no flavor at all just tasted like just plain milk and hardly no cocoa powder on top and the cold brew was weak also...idk I don’t usually complain but I think the employees need more training or something and no one was really friendly except the older lady talking my order she was the only apologizing for taking so long...there were three younger guys just doing whatever and didn’t really care and the girl making the drinks was just rude and not friendly at all...I work in retail and know how customer service should be and this store does not have it at all...they should talk to the Monroe MI store I work in Monroe and go there all the time...they have never messed up my drinks and have always tasted right on and they are friendly too which is nice..this store is just...
