I arrived at Arby’s located at 8817 Highway 20 Madison AL. Upon me placing my order for One Turkey club Combo and 1 additional Turkey Club Sandwich. I get to the window pays for my order immediately I am asked to pull all the way up past the store to wait on my food. That was fine no problem, so after waiting for a substantial amount of time mind you I’m the only car at the store. I then see several other cars being pulled up to so by now 25 minutes has passed. I see the young lady that took my order come out and bring the last car that pulled up their food and goes back in the restaurant. Then moments later a gentleman walks out and brings another car their food. So I then proceeded to say excuse sir if my food is not ready I would like a refund. He replies okay that’s fine he goes in the store and comes back out and proceeded to tell me I don’t have the availability to issue a refund. So I say okay he hands me the food I then asked for a receipt because the person that took the order failed to provide me a receipt. So he then goes back in and comes back out holding my receipt and says oh we only charged your for one sandwich mind you I placed the order and the person called it back to me and I confirmed it. So he then says oh you have to give me one of the sandwiches back we can’t give out free food. Mind you I haves waited 30 minutes for cold sandwiches to be made that doesn’t require it to be cooked just prepared cold and he has the audacity to ask for it back after I’ve even asked for a refund and was denied that so I replies I will give you the drink and fries back since they are cold anyways. I takes the sandwiches out the bag and hands him the remainder which is fries and tried to give him the drink back since he can’t give out free food. Then as I’m pulling off he states oh I’m going to put you on trespassing excuse me and for what reason I am not refusing to leave your store that has poor customer service. I asked for a refund and you got upset and still didn’t provide me a refund my money that I have worked for. Very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate of paying customers time and Custer service satisfaction. I would never allow any of my employees to act is such aggressive behavior towards a customer and have a job tomorrow. I am warning everyone don’t even bother to stop at that location. If so plan to wait for hours for your food and when you finally get it guess what it’s cold even the hot food was cold. It’s sad but it is so what is the convenience of going to a fast food restaurant getting fresh hot food made to order in a decent time instead of being the first person to order and the last person out of 7 cars to leave. Read morePulled in to restaurant and went right to the drive thru speaker. No cars in front of me except for one that seemed to be just waiting for their food on the far side of the drive thru window. After waiting around 5 minutes at the drive thru menu/speaker I placed my order for 4 plain chicken sliders, a small fry, and 4 piece nugget at exactly 2:10 pm. I proceeded to the window where my credit card was quickly charged and I was informed to pull forward into a parking spot and my order would be brought out momentarily. I watch several people that have arrived and ordered since me come and go after getting their food. Than at 2:36 pm an employee finally comes to my window and gives me my order. I proceed to check the order to make sure I have everything and unfortunately I have 4 sliders, a small fry, but no 4 piece nugget. I then leave the vehicle to go inside to get my nugget order that was missed. No problem, stuff happens. Shouldn't have taken 26 minutes for such a simple order but what do you do. I tell the same employee that delivered me my order that I didn't receive my nuggets. He asked me what size, to which I answered 4 and he proceeds to serve up my nuggets into the little paper box thing. I take my nuggets and leave. Not happy by any stretch but not irate either. Like I said before, stuff happens. I leave the restaurant, get back to work and of course have no time to eat my lunch because I spent the entire time waiting on the food. When I do finally get to eat my lunch, the damn dude only gave me 3 nuggets and my damn sliders were covered in Buffalo sauce which I can't stand! Between waiting 30 minutes for such a simple order, not getting what I ordered without a second visit, an employee not being able to count to four, and ultimately almost the entire order being wrong and not what I even ordered; I am done with this location!!!! Absolutely despicable! And whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed for putting such a horrible product out there...
Read moreI love Arby's but this one ALWAYS has something wrong. My roommate and I visit about once every 2 months or so, and there is always a problem. Many times it has been that the shake machine is down, other times they only fill the fries half full, and when I say half full I don't mean "I have 3 fries less than I should " I mean the box is LITTERLY half full or lower. A few times I've gone and they've been out of chicken. How does "we are of meat" run out of chicken? Many times I've left and went somewhere else because there were so many problems that only about of a quarter of my order could be fulfilled. I've gone at all times of the day, so it's not just one shift. I've worked in restaurants all my adult life and I understand that there are bad days and sometimes you run out of things, but every single time is absurd. It always causes me to not come back for a while. I return to see if anything has changed and it never has, and I went today around 12:30pm and there once again was some thing wrong. The shake machine was down and they only have me about half of the fries I ordered. I understand that its lunch rush, and I understand that machines malfunction, but in the middle of your lunch rush? That's not okay. And then to only give half the amount of fries when you couldn't even fulfill an order? It's uncalled for. I won't be going back to this Arby's...
