This concerns me as a patron.....im in the drive line waiting for my turn to order. I orderd the value $5.00 dollar meal. I paid then received my meal.... out of ketchup again .... are they not shelf stable, and they only had the zesty sauce and or jalapeño sauce. How hard is it for this restaurant to get it together. I belive I helped close the burger king at lake harbor, the burger King at Gluckstadt just closed with out my opinions. During COVID The Burger King in Madison had a new manager.I think her name was miss Ashley.Or alicia. It took a little bit of time but things got better. And then I was told she was relocated to a different store. I think you need to have a sign that says the ingredients you're out of. Waiting in line for something that's not gonna be the full Meal and getting to the window and paying.And then being told we have no ketchup.Sorry, oh, by the way, the French fries were barely cooked.I thought those things had timers.You know for the idiots that can't do it right. I mean a french fry is supposed to be enjoyable and not eating them partiall cooked. I think the manager needs to be disciplined and/or fired if you can't have. The staff is not worth keeping, when you walk in no one says anything to anyone as you wait in line. I have walked out after 5 min or so after waiting. Some days the ice machine had no ice in it, we were given a cup of ice and instructed to help ourselves for the soda. Stupid people, the ice is needed in the soda dispenser. It has a chiller plate that mixes the post mix or bib mix it mixes with the carbonation and needs the ice to stabilize the products...
Put the owners phone number in the window, like other restaurants do. I will call the sleeping owners and wake them up to the shotty service and intermittent...
Read moreAfter an item was left off of our drive through order, I walked inside to tell the staff about it. The cook, the manager, the cashier and the custodian were all very aggressive and rude. The cook was yelling at me from the back. The manager made me go get the bags, which I did happily. It turned out the last item I ordered was not added to the order. After finding this out I told them it's no big deal and started to walk out. The manager said "nuh uh" to me and yelled at the cook to get me the burger. I told her I didn't want to take something I didn't pay for and she became very passive aggressive saying "no! No! You're getting it". I told her "well let me grab some money because I don't feel right taking something I didn't pay for". She started swatting at my face and yelling "nuh uh!" I backed away and said "ma'am you will not swat in my face and put your hands in my face". I walked out while she was still yelling. My husband walked me back to our vehicle and she came outside yelling "come get your burger". I've never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. Read moreMy husband and I went to this location this past Sunday (May 30th) as we were heading back home to Atlanta. It was around 9AM and there were only two employees on staff but they were amazing! We went through the drive-through with a very large order and even though the restaurant was closed, they communicated with us very well and made us feel welcomed, even though they were working through a really busy time. We had a huge order and the young lady that took our order was extremely pleasant and the gentleman in the kitchen worked diligently to get our order correct.
Together, they worked harmoniously to take care of us and also keep everyone patient in the drive-through line as they managed through our order. It was very clear that they have a staffing shortage but they were working with a smile and treated as well. Typically at a fast food restaurant, I would feel like the staff would hate to get a huge order through drive-through, but the customer service we received at this location was impeccable!
