While it may be busy on game days, coming to Camp Cantina any other day of the week is an absolute treat. The staff is warm and friendly, and willing to make adjustments for the picky eaters among us.
You can go for your classic "white people taco night" food, but you'd be missing out on the good stuff. Their Carnitas plate is made to near-perfection, with flavorful pork that tastes like it has generations of recipe-building behind it. Their tacos are incredible as well. If you're worried about a collapsing corn tortilla -- don't be. Not only can they hold a large heaping of meat and toppings, they're flavorful and delicate without tasting mealy or dry.

The service from the hostess was excellent - candid, kind, and provided a recommendation when asked. At her recommendation ordered three tacos - carnitas, al pastor, and campechano. The portions were generous. 3 tacos was enough to fill me way over the top. The carnitas was cooked perfectly, although all of the tacos lacked sufficient flavor/salt.
